Master Plumber Michael Y. quickly identified the problem (a upside down shut-off) and replaced it with a new one that actually works in less than an hour. He was super nice and professional, recommending we switch to bottled water due to potential high lead levels as we have two young kids (and telling us how to get this problem fixed). We are extremely satisfied with the service, and would definitely use WaterWorks Plumbing and Drains, Inc. for any future plumbing needs!

We needed to look into replacing the toilets in our church and were considering options when one began having problems so we knew we needed to either repair or replace it. WaterWorks came highly recommended both on here and through word of mouth so they were the obvious choice to call and we are very happy we did. Michael came and did the assessment and gave us our options. He was friendly and professional, everything was transparent, clear and straight forward with no hidden costs. He even went out of his way to make sure that what we only replaced what was necessary. Michael replaced the one toilet that day and made quick arrangements to do the rest at a time that fit our schedule, which for a busy church in December is not easy. The work was done quickly, efficiently and the company was a pleasure to work with. It is no surprise that they have such a great rating. We will definately recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done. Thank you WaterWorks, we couldn't be happier!

I had a leak in a faucet. Todd was on time, very consiencous, and priced the work accurately. This is the second time I am using this company and would strongly recommend them!!

Wonderful service. Prompt, to this point and done very fast. I had a bathroom faucet changed in my guest bath and after trying to do it myself I gave up and called a professional. Next time I won't bother trying myself Next time I'll just call Water Works

The good service began on the phone - the lady who booked the service for me was very nice and patient and gave me detailed information. Our plumber, Todd, came on a Saturday afternoon and went all over the house with me and listened attentively while I showed him the problem areas. Not only did he fix everything very well, he also took the time to verify other pipes and connections I was unsure about just to put my mind at ease (they were fine). He was very professional and friendly, and completed all the work in a few hours, on the spot - I appreciate that I didn't have to book estimate and work separately. If I ever get plumbing problems again, I will call Todd and WaterWorks, no questions asked.

Had basement drain overflowing. Made an appointment for 2 days later. Todd arrived and sorted the problem out. Friendly, professional and very transparent with their pricing. Quoted me upfront before performing the work. Augered out the drain line. Found lots of ingrown roots. Cleaned up after the work and provided some good advice for the future. A very satisfying experience

The shower head in our ensuite was dripping and after a couple of weeks of the annoying noise my husband decided to 'fix' it. Well he ended up breaking something else and was forced to turn off the main water valve on Labour Day weekend. We called 3-4 companies based on reviews on this site and WaterWorks was able to come through and send someone to our house that day!!! We would have had to wait 2-3 days with the other companies due to long weekend. They didnt even charge a surcharge for it being the long weekend!!! The plumber who came was very professional and explained what broke and how he was going to fix. The only reason, I'm rating it a 9 out of 10 is because the plumber actually took a small part from our old shower head so we can't install it anymore (it wasn't broken)...also we paid for a kit that came with multiple parts but decided not to install all parts since some were still fine (he would have had to cut a bigger piece out of our wall), well he didn't leave those parts with us. I'm assuming he forgot and was tired...and I have to admit we didn't call to ask for them back ( may regret not doing that...knock on wood!) Overall very happy with service and highly recommended.

Had a few things to install like my diswasher, washing machine, and so on. Very satisfied with the workmanship. I will be calling waterworks whenever I need other plumbing related tasks to be completed in the future.
