    Had a leak in our upstairs bathroom

    Moved into our newly renovated house and expected everything to be in top notch condition. Was very distraught when we noticed our kitchen ceiling was dripping water whenever we showered upstairs. Called Waterworks based on the reviews here. We were lucky to have the boss come down, Michael. He located the source of the leak right away and was able to solder the pipe that was leaking behind our drywall. While he was there, he offered to look at any other plumbing issues in our house. Very happy with the service because it's exactly what we were hoping for -- on site fix right away. Was afraid of having them come without the necessary tools but that was not the case with Waterworks. Would definitely recommend them!

    Kitchen Faucet and sink repair

    The service I received today was phenomenal. Michael (Master Plumber) was on time, professional, courteous and the work that was done was excellent. Not only was it money well spent, I was left happy and feel confident to use this company for any future plumbing and drain work. I highly recommend WaterWorks!!

    Bathroom faucet replacement

    Excellent experience with WaterWorks! Todd was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to complete the job properly. He was also very punctual and actually arrived a little early. The woman I booked the appointment with was also very friendly. I would use WaterWorks again!

    changed shower cartridge and and push button diverter

    Another positive experience with Water Works. Michael arrived promptly and replaced the shower control valve and diverter. Will not hesitate to call them again and again!! Always professional- reviewed cost of repair before proceeding and left the work space clean. Nice to know that I have found a reliable plumber!

    Kitchen Sink Waste Trap and Bowl Replacement

    I've needed to address the pipes under my kitchen sink for some time, and kept putting off finding a plumber to come in. (I've never needed a plumber before, and was wary of calling one in without a strong personal recommendation.) Of course, I could only delay for so long, and I went on to HomeStars and picked the highest rated one for my area, which was WaterWorks. I called on Monday morning, and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning. Todd from WaterWorks arrived at the time promised, quickly evaluated the situation, gave me clear options for the job, and proceeded to do the work quickly, efficiently, and very conscientiously. He tested his work several times before he was satisfied that the job was done well (more concerned in fact than I was that the fittings were secure and that there were no leaks or moisture around the new fittings). And even if there are any issues in the future, WaterWorks guarantees their work for 12 months. I am indeed very satisfied with the work done, and genuinely regret taking so long to address the issue. Our sink now works perfectly, and it was both money and time well-spent.

    waterline leak

    very friendly service, fast work and I don't have a leak anymore called at 12.30pm and were here by 1.would highly recommend them to family and friends prices were very competitive and service was out of this world tyvm

    sump pump replacement

    We called waterworks at the end of October- just before a period of non-stop rain. Our sump pump had been malfunctioning (setting off our home alarm system). Michael came on a rainy Saturday- assessed what he needed and went to the warehouse - picked it up and replaced our old sump pump. We were extremely grateful that he went the extra mile, as the next 2 weeks the rains did not stop. THANK YOU! Incredible service- will not hesitate to recommend or have him return to service any plumbing needs.

    Shower faucet and toilet repair

    Malfunctioning toilet and shower.

    We bought a house with a renovated master bathroom that looked like a million dollars, but after a year of problem free use was basically useless as we had a toilet that would often take 20 minutes to fill and a shower that wouldn't work unless you turned the lever all the way to 'hot', basically rendering both useless. Michael came out and immediatley fixed the toliet by replacing the fill valve control. The toilet now fills quicker and faster than when it was new. The shower was a challenge as it needed the pressure valve replaced. Unfortunately, our shower fixtures are a proprietary brand of Rona's, which means no easy to obtain parts despite having a lifetime warranty (note to others: buy Delta, Moen or American Standard). Undeterred, Michael went to Rona and convinced them to let him scanvenge a new boxed fixture for the parts he needed. Despite having the parts, the repair was still not easy as the poor quality of the fixture made replacement of parts difficult. Michael however managed to get it back together and working, saving us the much more expensive and intrusive route of having to buy a new fixture and cut into the tiled shower wall to replace the one we have. The work was done cleanly, quickly and professionally. Also, their dispatcher is super friendly and bends over backwards to accomodate you. Nothing but praise for this company.

    Plumbing

    I called them up since I was having some issues with our bathrooms. They actually came in on the same day and got it done! They were super friendly and professional.
