    basement interior waterproofing

    We have chosen this company based on the reviews written by other clients. We were not disappointed. From the sale representative, Mike to the team of workers Denis, Mike and Colm who came to work on the project we have been satisfied by their professionalism, courtesy, and the their efficiency.We were pleased with the high quality of the water proofing and sump pump installation done to our basement, with the timely delivery and pick up of the disposal container, with the prompt accounting services and paperwork. We highly want to recommend this company to other potential costumers.

    Major plumbing repair

    Todd was great. We've had a "leak" (really a down-poor) under our kitchen sink and called WaterWorks. The previous work was very poorly done, so we had Todd come in and make it right. The different between what was there before and what's there now is amazing. Todd took the time to ensure everything was properly installed and functioning and even took it upon himself to create a little extra room for storage by raising the pipes. All the good things you'd expect from a true professional.

    Bathroom tub faucet repair/rebuild

    Michael checked over the work to be done and provided accurate advice and a reasonable quote. He and Todd repaired/rebuilt our tub faucet and handles quickly and efficiently. Paying a household repair bill has never been such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend WaterWorks for your plumbing service needs!

    drain replacement, back water valve

    Michael is professional & takes full responsiblity. He explained options, cost structure & time lines. Work was completed/ with other trades/inspectors involved. Kudos to Victor and crew for minimizing the "required mess". Follow up questions were fielded quickly and helpfully. Lisa. U rock.     Repair leaking pipe on steamer

    It is always easy to reach waterworks and to get prompt attention to your calls. When I had a concern with the repair Michael came quickly and addressed the issue without charge. I will continue to use Waterworks in future.

    repair leaking shower faucet

    We moved into our new home last year and our shower faucet began to leak.My wife called in Water works plumbing and they came today and fixed it quickly and we are very happy with our service we got from them,thank you,Manuel B in Markham Ontario

    bathroom sink not draining

    Once you find an excellent Plumber and reliable company stick with them. Michael was very professional in his approach and resolved our problem quickly and with no mess even though he had to take apart the sink elbow and then reassemble it. He arrived on time, was friendly, patient with our questions, neat, tidy,extremely thorough in his attention to details and had a high level of plumbing expertise. Excellent work. We will definitely be recommending him to both family and friends for all our plumbing needs in the future!

    Fix blocked drain

    What can I say. I think the company is great. They came when they said they would. Took a look at the issue and fixed it to my satisfaction. The plumber who visited was knowledgeable and worked hard to resolve a problem that was causing a blockage in my bathroom. He even offered advice on fixing another problem he found while at my home. I would highly recommend the company for any plumbing work.

    water pressure problem and leaking shower

    I am a new homeowner who had major water pressure issues. I had several companies come by for an assessment and quote, including WaterWorks. WaterWorks gave me by far the cheapest quote and clearly the most knowledgeable and honest answer. The other companies told me I had to redo the plumbing throughout my house and quoted upward of 10k. I hired Michael from WaterWorks, and he quickly solved the problem in one afternoon. I re-hired Michael from WaterWork recently after discovering my 2nd floor shower was leaking into the kitchen below. Again his service was fantastic - professional, honest and knowledgable. In the future, any plumbing issues that come up I will call WaterWorks.

    Water Leak - Toilet

    We had a water leak and naturally called our neighbours at "WaterWorks". The problem was diagnosed and repaired right away. Nice to have great neighbours. Thank you WaterWorks for your expertise and fantastic friendly service!
