    Bathroom faucet replacement

    Rocko was amazing - helpful, courteous, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Waterworks is definitely going to be my plumbing company of choice and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable and honest service!

    Toilet Repair

    My toilet was not working and Rocco provided an excellent assessement of what needed to be done as well as what had to be replaced. He was very informative and explained what my next steps were to fix. I highly recommend Waterworks Plumbing and Drains, Inc. for any plumbing problems. Thanks again Rocco !

    Replace Toilet Seal

    A company you can trust! They care about their customers and always do the job right. My call was answered by very pleasant and helpful staff. Michael is professional, courteous, pleasant, came right on time, explained everything clearly and fixed my toilet expertly, giving me complete peace of mind. A couple of days later he returned to help me for a nominal charge with a smaller unrelated problem I discovered and clearly explained everything again. Very satisfied and will recommend to friends and family. Already have neighbours who have used WaterWorks and are also completely satisfied. Thank-you Michael and WaterWorks, I know who I will call again for all of my plumbing and drain needs!

    Install of tub/shower faucet

    I needed to have a three handled tub faucet converted to a one handle faucet for a bathroom reno. Michael and Rocco were very patient and helpful in explaining what they would do. They also provided great advice on other things related to the bathroom reno. The job was done quickly and they left the work area clean and wore covers on their shoes while in the house. The cost was a little more than I was expecting but with plumbing you want to be sure you hire someone who knows what they are doing. And with a 100% money back guarantee how could I go wrong? It is great to know they stand behind their work 100%. I will use them again for any plumbing/drain needs.

    Plumbing leaking pipe

    Called on a Sunday morning , they called back to schedule a same day appointment, showed up on time, told me how much it would cost, did the work and left the work site clean. Plumber was very professional and the work was well done.

    Laundry faucet

    Found them online. Had our laundry faucet fixed in the basement. They did a fast and thorough job. They honored their warranty and came back to fix a leak. They were friendly and provided good service.

    Broken Garborator

    My son turned on the garborator without looking to see what was in it. There was a spoon inside and the garborator jammed up. My husband spent an hour with a wrench and hammer trying to get it unstuck, but to no avail. So Waterworks showed up first thing the next morning and in 10 minutes unstuck it and saved the spoon! Pretty good....

    Sump pumps not working.

    I found Water works on line and I am glad i used them.The plumber came to our home and found that our 15 year old pump was not working and probably saved us from a flooded basement.They installed a new sump pump system with a battery back up system and alarm.He was neat,kind and honest.I like those qualities in a person.I would definitely recommend this company to all.Thanks,Marisa L.     sump pump and sump pumb drain

    Our drain for sump pump was cut by Hydro while they did some work on our lawn. Waterworks put in a new sump pump, a marine grade battery run back up sump pump, a drain with a tracer cable, The job was done very professionally. Our original sump pump as it turns out was from Canadian Tire. I wouldn't hesitate to call Waterworks again. Susan, Don Mills

    Pipe freezing issues

    I had issues with my pipes freezing every winter.. Water works showed up on time and had some great ideas on how to help me stop my pipes from freezing in the winter. They installed a heat line for us and I know that we will be safe every winter and not face freezing problem...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Thanks again Mike, You were great..
