    replace our toilet

    I had Water works install a new toilet in March of this year.I wanted to wait and see if the toilet would perform and it does. The old toilet would often clog and we haven't had any problems with the replacement. Their service is excellent and they are a pleasure to work with. AG,Toronto

    Faucet,ceiling leak,and sink drain fixes

    Thank you Michael for the great service you provided.I just would like to mention that your service was fantastic.You found that mystery leak in my cieling when all along I thought it was the shower.Also we love the new brushed nickel faucet you installed in our kitchen.Our house is now in great shape.     Installed our faucets

    We loved having Water works to our home.The plumber Michael was very knowledgeable and excellent and did a great job pointing out the reason for my problems and the work that should have been done to prevent them from happening. He did a bunch of repairs for us and one of the repairs was even done for us @ no charge. It cost a bit more than some other plumbers, but given the quality of the service and it is well worth it and I would use them again. If you want quality work done right the first time, I highly recommend WaterWorks.

    Various plumbing repairs.

    With having so many washrooms at our company,we are so glad to have Water Works Plumbing as our neighbour.We have been using their services since 2003.They are always quick to respond and take care of us nicley.We would definitely recommend them to our friends.The pricing is reasonable and service exceptional.     Ice maker+water line to our new refrigerator

    I was very pleased with their service from the moment I called. The lady in their office was pleasant and friendly. The plumber showed up on time and was able to complete the work in one visit. I was pleased that they had all of the parts on his truck to do this work. Yuliana

    toilet installation

    Waterworks would not give even a ballpark quote for a simple toilet installation over the phone. When the plumber got here, he told me (reading out of a book that the telephone person could have consulted) it was $548 (I had already paid for the toilet). I wanted it done, so I paid the outrageous rate for an hour's work. Now the plumber was professional and did an excellent job, but I feel royally ripped off. The plumber claimed Waterworks's competitors charge the same, which would make OPEC look like CARE. I should have refused at that price, but I foolishly didn't. Bottom line: shop around. Get a good handyman who charges by the hour, because it's an easy installation. Should be closer to $150 than $548.

    Dear Ian, I am dismayed to read your review.I did give you an Upfront cost from our company price book and you agreed to move forward to get the the work done.I showed up on time 9:05 am (on Canada Day!) and as you said,I did an Excellent job.On your mention of handyman.They tend to be cheaper but we have found from our experience that often they tend not to have the neccessary skills,knowledge,licensing or liability insurance.We do get many calls to remedy their work.As per your issue with not quoting on the phone,we have to visually inspect the work at hand because often enough there are complications.Regarding your installation there were a few complications that I took care of at no extra cost to you.Regarding your claim of a 1 hour of work,according to our GPS vehicle tracking I left my previous location at 8:41am arrived just after 9:00am and left your home at 10:52am.Thank for your business.Michael Yuffa,The Water Works Plumbing & Drain Inc.

    Plumber

    They came over on July 2nd to look at a few plumbing problems I had. II was already amazed that they would come over during the long week-end, they call 45 minutes before arrival to warn me. While there were here, they were nice and courteous and fixed my problems. Overall great service! Eve

    Plumbing Inspection

    Had WaterWorks Plumbing over for an inspection. Called around to a few companies and decided on them. Dispatcher was great. Plumbers were extremely nice and very quick. Put on booties to protect my floor. Don't hesitate to call if you need plumbing done.

    fix kitchen tap

    Waterworks came very quickly after we called them and fixed out tap in no time. I just wish they had given more notice before they arrived--I had to put clothes on with the plumber standing outside my door.

    leaking toiet

    the plumber came out fast and was on time and clean.he was able to fix our toilet.he was friendly and and gave us a reasonable cost from his price book.i would recommend \water works to all mmy friends and family patrick m in north toronto
