    Dishwasher installation

WaterWorks were pleasant to deal with but not cost efficient as for them to install a dishwasher they requested me to hire another specialist to removed a cabinet (that was sitting on 4 screws and could just slide out as I found after paying another $280 for the cabinet removal). Instead of installing three-way connector to allow for an extra hook up, Waterworks installed two-way because they didn't have a three way in the truck and now I need to spend more again to get another connector to hook a water filter. Moreover, it's been a month since the dishwasher was hooked up by the Waterworks and my kitchen piping is now leaking. I intend to fix the problem but will not call Waterworks.

    Answer from pro:

Hi Irina at Marlee - We are concerned that you have been given some misinformation. It would be incorrect to use the same connector for your dishwasher and a water filter. The dishwasher accesses hot water and the water filter cold. If you connect the water filter to the hot water, it would immediately destroy your filter. I have left you Michael's personal cell #. Please contact us as we would most definitely want to correct any mistake we may have made.We most certainly stand behind our work. Thank you from Michael and the Team @ Water Works Plumbing and Drains Inc.

    Clogged toilet

Toilet was clogged, they did their best but it wouldn't budge. Michael figured from the start it wouldn't help, but I pushed him to check, and sure enough the toilet needs to be replaced. Great work regardless, fantastic service.

Slow leak in basement repaired by Waterworks

Waterworks did a good job of responding quickly to this problem. They were competent, friendly and polite. While repairing the leak, they also spotted a problem with the laundry hoses (very old, and potentially going to rip or burst) so suggested replacing them while they were there. They did a good and thorough job and I would definitely use them again. I recommend them to others.

    Answer from pro:

Hi Maggie in Scarborough - Thank you very much for your recommendation. We are glad that we were able to assist you in avoiding a potentially messy problem should the hoses have burst on you. We would be happy to help you out with any future plumbing problems in the future. From The Team @ Water Works Plumbing Inc.

    Leaky Pipe Under Kitchen Sink

My rental property developed a problem with the kitchen plumbing. I looked at Homestars for a plumber to come figure out the problem and fix it, and Waterworks came highly recommended. I emailed them and I received a very quick response. 2 days later the pipe was replaced and fixed so that the problem will not reoccur. As a rental property owner, I rely on skilled tradesmen to keep the property in good working order. I also know how difficult it is to get a tradesman to come quickly for such a small job. I purchased a 1 year plumbing plan from them as well. This gives me priority service and a discount for both of my properties. Very good experience overall.

Leaking radiator, clogged basement drain, low water flow in toilet

One of my radiators had been leaking for days unknown to me when I discovered it had leaked through the floor through the basement ceiling. I also had some backup problems in the furnace room drain. I previously had used WaterWorks to clear a clogged kitchen sink drain. At that time I purchased their Protection Plan. I called late Saturday night and Michael came out first thing Sunday morning to assess the situation. He drained my rad system to stop the leak. Lisa called me first thing Monday morning and arranged an appointment for the repairs that week. The technician was Mike. He reviewed all the work that had to be done provided me with costing which included a discount because of my Protection Plan. WaterWorks Technicians always wear shoe covers when they enter your home. Mike explained what had to be done and answered all my questions. He was very polite and professional. He cleaned up after he finished. A new value had to be installed on the rad (circa 1940) , the basement drain had to be snaked and my toilet required new mechanics in the tank. Mike restored the water levels through the system and took the time to bleed all the rads in the house. I should point out that Lisa the dispatcher keeps you informed as to when the technician will arrive at your home and follows up to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. This company is very customer service oriented.

We want to be a 10 star service for you! Thank you from the Team @ Water Works Plumbing & Drains Inc.
