    re piping, kitchen sink and laundry drain repair

    We have used Water Works Plumbing in the past and when we purchased a new home, we asked Michael @ Water Works to come in a do a complete inspection of the plumbing system. Michael completed a thorough evaluation and isolated a few areas that needed repair. He even sourced a Technician to create gas piping and a regulator for my gas stove. Once all the work was completed, Michael came back to do a final "walk through" and inspection. I was very pleased the attention to detail. Thanks Water Works.

    sump pump installation

    I have used Water Works Plumbing before and when mt sump pump stopped working I called them again. Michael came out and was able to replace the pump quickly and efficiently. The unit he used is a better quality unit with a much better warranty. I am a member of the Premium Protection Plan so I even received a discount. Everything is working great and with all the rain we been having lately, I'm happy for that!

    Camera inspection of me sewer system

    I was hopuing to find somebody that would be honest and also pricewise because we are both retired.I was scared when I called but Lisa happened that we have a friend and they were very honest people.The way she talked made me feel good about using the comapny.I had to wait but in the end I was happy and Michael found no issues with the sewer and he was so easy to deal with.We understood each other.Thank you Michael.

    back sing leaking

    im a store manager that this location (smokes 218 adelaide st west- smokes poutinery ' called for a service call at 9am and they where here within the hour .. issue was fixed on first vist , and gave us some feed back on what should be done . would recomend this company to everyone in need of plumming.

    Assessment of problem

    made quick assessment gave great advice on how to fix it ourselves and offered to help when we need it. In the end we'll hopefully save money by taking their good advice.

    fixing a leaky toilet and replacing it with a new one

    we suffferd with our leaking toilet for so lng and we were r3ecommended to call in the Water works pluming.Michael was great we called them in the morning and they showed up same morning and dealt with our leak.The toilet was so old and not worth fixing.Amazing thing, they had a fsntastic new throne on their truck.Everything is good now,Rania in Toronto

    Examined rusty water

    Easy to book, flexible scheduling. Michael came with another nice guy (whose name I didn't catch) and quickly assessed the situation. Refreshingly, they recommended leaving the issue alone (and not spending more money). Fast, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will definitely recommend

    Out side water source

    These guys were great. They came out on a Sunday. My outside tap was leaking from feezing in the winter time. Mike had all the parts on his truck and got it all fixed up. They were neat, clean and professional. Now I have a water source on my deck and I really appreciated the quick service. Thanks.

    Replace tap in garage that could not easily be replaced due to leaky valve

    Everyone I dealt with at waterworks were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Mike came out and identified the issue right away and got it fixed. Would definitely recommend and use these guys again.

    Sump pump, leaking celing and floor tile repairs

    This is the second time that I have used water works this month and they are fantastic. They always show up when they say they will. They give the costs upfront - there are no surprises with this company. I like dealing with small family companies because they really care. My sump pump was failing and the water was very high, the basement very stinky. The 2 Mikes came out and replaced the pump with a really good quality machine and installed a check valve. They even gave us a free water alarm. Overall I am very satisfied with Water Works. Great job, thanks.
