    2 sink repairs

    I have used Water Works in the past and when we had issues with our sinks, I gave them a call again. The office reconfirmed our appointment and advised me when the Technician would be arriving. He walked me through the plumbing issues and explained the required work. I was given an exact price for the repairs, upfront. The work was completed efficiently and cleanly and the sinks were back up and running in no time.

    Clogged Bathroom Sink

    I was renting a condo unit and the tenant complained that the water was not draining. I was worried that this could lead to a bigger problem. I called several places and settled with WaterWorks because of the number of reviews and their awards (altho from a recent experience, awards do not matter as much as feedback from others). Waterworks were prompt in scheduling, their repair person knew what he had to do... asking which category of work I needed as I could choose plastic or metal. As it's a rental property, any savings is good savings. They followed-up afterwards even. So, all in all, despite needing their help, it was a quick and good experience. I'd recommend them to anyone.

    clear blocked sinks,cap DW line

    I contacted Water Works Plumbing for various plumbing issues I was having in my home. I was so pleased with the friendly, professional service I received beginning with the office staff and onto the Technicians. I received firm upfront pricing for the repairs and they were then carried out quickly, cleanly and with a smile. It was a good experience all the way around.

    Leak in Ceiling

    I had a small leak in my ceiling. I called WaterWorks to get an idea of what was wrong as well as some quotes for other things. They figured out the problem (had to caulk some small gaps in the grout. That solved it all.

    Tub & Shower Faucet - pipe work & trim

    We found Water Works and we booked them to come out on Friday morning. The Technician showed up right on time and he found that the faucet had an internal leak and he recommended replacing it with a new one that he had on his truck. The entire experience was fantastic from booking the call at the the office to having a very professional plumber come out to our house. This is definately a company worth keeping on hand for any future needs. Possibly the best plumber I have ever used in Toronto - Bar-none.

    Leaky kitchen faucet

    Michael arrived within the hour the office called to tell me the technician was coming. He was courteous and friendly and very knowledgable. When he looked at the leak he immediately pulled the hose out and hand tightened the connection. Problem solved. He tightened it further with tools and asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I was flabbergasted at how easy the solution was and he went on to explain to me that disreputable plumbers have been know to LOOSEN this hose to overcharge their clients for unnecessary work. He even asked if I'd seen the CBC Marketplace special on such fraud, and joked that he might be on hidden camera. This was the most pleasant and educational visit I've had from a tradesperson and I would call him in a heartbeat if I had another problem. He even made a follow up call to make sure the problem hadn't recurred. If you've got plumbing issues, stop reading this review and call WaterWorks. You won't regret it.

    Blocked Toilets

    We run a program for small children so it's vital that our bathrooms are functioning properly. We have used Water Works Plumbing before and were pleased with their work. They came out as promised and fixed our plumbing problem on the spot. They are dependable and very upfront with their pricing. Thank you Water Works.

    Toilet

    We had leaking toilet and was in desperate need of some help! Waterworks arrived on time and got the job done in no time at all! We were so pleased with the job as well as the price. Thank you for your help!

    Tab Fucet

    Michael second service and i am happy with the service, he showen on time and did the service in good time and good quality. Lisa called me before he come and i like this service, i will defently use the plumbing company in the future. thanks

    Fixing/replacing outside hose connection

    Michael and his associate came today to my house to repair/replace the connection and valve for the exterior hose connection. They did a great job and it was fast, they were in and out in under an hour and a half. My only complaint is that $550 + tax seems pretty expensive to pay for just over an hour's worth of plumbing work, but I think that's expected when you pay by the job instead of by the hour.
