    Bathtub Leak Fixed!

    Every time someone took a bath in my home, water would seep through the ceiling downstairs. I got a quote from a contractor, who said he would need to break the tiles to determine the source of the leak, which would cost $4100. I then went to Homestars and found WaterWorks. Michael came to my home and he was very professional and thorough. After several recreations of filling up the bathtub and draining it, he was able to determine the culprit, a loose drain. Michael's expertise and thoroughness saved me a few thousand dollars! If you ever need a plumber, don't go with anyone else but WaterWorks!

    Outside water

    I've been meaning to write a review for Michael since last year. He did numerous things for us and we were really pleased with his services. I highly recommend Water Works to anyone in need of a good quality plumbuing and drain service. Thank you very much from Linda and family in Cedervale.

    Plugged drain

    We had a plugged drain. Michael came in and cleared it in no time with no BS. We've tried other companies in the past, Bosco, Rotorouter, etc. They were always trying to upsell, I never felt they were being straight forward and honest. Michael from WaterWorks was clear, straightforward and honest. No upsell, just what was need. Everything was explained in plain language. Prices were more than reasonable and quoted in advance with no 'gothcas' I'll be using them again.

    Leaking sink and shower

    Great service. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Efficient, timely and clean when completing the service required. Estimate given upfront was same as what was paid. Not sure what more you could ask for in a plumbing service.

    Fixed my hot water issue

    I was getting warm water for a few days so I called WaterWorks. Plumber arrived on time and professional. Identified it was a mixing valve issue and got my hot water working again within an hour.

    Diagnostic and removal of broken bath faucet

    Everyone at WaterWorks has been great to deal with. Lisa was able to squeeze me in at the last minute to have an emergency leak looked at. Michael came out quickly, and offered so much help and advice. He was able to remove the part and reassure me that there was no other damage. They had a price list for everything that needed to be done, so I knew exactly what the costs were right up front. I will definitely be calling them the next time I need a plumber!

    Fixing of leaking kitchen sink

    When Michael came in, he told me exactly what I needed to do which was to completely get in a new kitchen counter. 2 other plumbers had told me the same thing. However, unlike the other plumbers, he did offer a temporary solution that cost 307 dollars. The solution did not work and I wasn't charged for it! I was very shocked and happy about that. I was only charged for service call, which he first asked if it was fair to me. He also promised to work me through what counter to get if I'm not sure, at no extra cost. These guys are the real deal.

    Kitchen Drain Repair

    Very good service that started right from the initial email and phone contact. \was able to get an appointment promptly and confirmation the morning of. Once the technician arrived he was very courteous and made sure everything was fixed and tested. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend WaterWorks and will use their services again when necessary.

    Assessment of Drainage Issues

    WaterWorks did exactly what they said they'd do. I was given the headsup phone call that I requested, the technician arrived right on time, and for a very small fee did a complete review of all the problem areas. I'd thought there was a drain problem, which is never cheap or pleasant, but Michael was able to demonstrate that our problems were much simpler than that. I'm taking the time to write this because this company has earned their positive reviews, end of story.

    Water leaking from inside wall in garage when tap in garage turned on in spring.

    I found the company by checking Homestars website. From the first contact to the final follow up call from the office after the completion of the work the service was proffessional. Mike and Matt arrived on time as promised. Their arrival was proceeded by a phone call from the office as promised. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. The cost was explained prior to the start of the work. I would not hesitate to call this company in future.
