    Refrigeration Issue

    I had a new fridge delivered to me. I needed to remove a water line from my old fridge which I did not know about. The delivery people could not do that. Michael came fast to remove the line but the delivery people could not wait. Michael helped me move my old fridge to the front lawn.

    Faucet water leakage

    Excellent company that provides great service. I have been using this company for many years now. Alija was great. He was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the entire repair process. He also ensure that everything was tidy up after the repair work. Highly recommend! Will definitely use this company again in the future. I had worked done by other technicians as well. They are all excellent. Booking an appointment was seamless and prompt as well.

    Outdoor valve repair

    We had an excellent experience with this company. Michael did a high-quality replacement of an outdoor tap ball valve, and the service both from his office team and on-site was very fast and responsive. Michaels many years of experience also seem to enable him to diagnose and correct issues with creativity and patience, which sets him apart. I felt I could trust his advice. Thank you!

    Dishwasher Installation

    Michael recently installed a dishwasher for me. There was no pre-existing dishwasher hook up, so it was a fairly complex installation. Michael did a really great job. He was very nice to speak with, efficient, and tidy. We always knew when he'd be arriving, and he took the time to suggest how we can keep other plumbing in our house in good shape. He also went above and beyond to do small, but high impact fixes to help us without our asking, such as organizing plumbing hoses under our kitchen sink and giving us a lid to make bathroom plumbing look much better for free. I would highly recommend Michael & team, and look forward to continuing to work with them for all our plumbing needs!

    Multiple great experiences

    This is the second time I've used Waterworks and the second time that the service has been impeccable. Really knowledgeable and friendly staff, would highly recommend!

    Toilet, valves

    Michael changed Mty toilet valve and fixed leaky toilet. Very friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend Waterworks to anyone looking for a good plumber

    Problem solved

    I had issues with work, ie: toilet and sink were not level when installed. Michael returned and corrected those problems to my satisfaction

    Hi Jennifer, we are truly sorry that in the end you are not satisfied with our work. We would be happy to come out again and take a look at it to try and make this right. As you said you have used our services several times and were always happy with our work. When we came out to install your sink and toilet we explained how both your floor and walls were slanted and that this would make the job challenging to get everything level. We then used your level with you to place the items and you confirmed that it was leveled to your satisfaction before we sealed it. The toilet was best to make flush to the floor to prevent further plumbing problems which we explained and you agreed upon. After you told us that you were not satisfied we came back out and reworked the sink for you. We always make sure that we do calking properly and have done so for over 40 years. However, if you feel that the calking job was done messily then please provide us with a picture by email or contact our office and we will be more than happy to come out and fix it as it’s very important to us that the job gets done properly.

    Professionalism that went above and beyond.

    At 830 am I noticed a leak in my basement. I was Frantic because I didn’t want a flood. I quickly called Water Works. By 930am I was greeted by a kind knowledgeable service man (the owner) who said with confidence “I’ll get this fixed for you within an hour”. I was so relieved and true to his words the issue was fixed. I have dealt with many plumbers and by far this was the most honest, reliable and knowledgeable company. I highly recommend them Joy
