    Leaky ceiling

    Waterworks accommodated an early appointment- which was great. Michael came to our home to assess a leak in the ceiling. He explained the pricing clearly and even recommended the membership which resulted in an overall savings for me. I felt confident about the repair after his explanations and showing me what the issue was. I was quite satisfied with the service. I was also impressed with the paperwork being electronic and being immediately sent to me by email (they also gave me a paper copy), and with the follow up from the company to make sure I was happy.

    Great service from WaterWorks Plumbing

    Michael did an evaluation of my houses plumbing fixtures issues and promptly started to fix them! He changed the faucet in the bathroom, he changed the flapper thing in the toilet, he changed the valves in the laundry room taps and he replaced the tap outside for the garden hose. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and neatly. Michael is very pleasant to talk to and he doesnt mind if you watch and ask questions. Rupinder in the office is very pleasant on the phone. She phones and emails reminders of the appointment, sends an alert when the plumber is on the way and promptly sends an email copy of the invoice. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience.

    Toilet Would Not Flush Properly

    We had a toilet that would not flush properly. We plunged it several times which seemed to resolve the issue temporarily. Michael came and explained what the likely issue was and explained what the options would be to fix it. We were provided with the pricing up front and Michael was able to fix the toilet within a short period of time. He also offered additional advice on some issues with our toilet that we should be aware of at no cost. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this company.

    Sink and tap repair

    Michael from Waterworks did an excellent job of fixing our kitchen sink and replacing the tap, valves and other parts underneath that were not working properly. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He corrected several things that were not installed properly in the pipes and dishwasher as well. The parts and water pressure are all working so much better now.

    sump pump repair and fixture repair

    I have used the services of Waterworks several times and Michael is absolutely amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and honest, and is excellent at what he does. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing work, from simple issues like leaky fixtures, to complicated problems like fixing a malfunctioning sump pump. He clearly takes great pride in his work and is always a pleasure to work with.

    Toilet Replacement

    I recently had a call out to replace an old toilet that was no longer functioning. Michael came and popped the old out, and set me up with the new one. I got a call that morning to give me a heads up on when he'd be by, service was great. He also offered to check a few things while he was here. Definitely would recommend Waterworks Plumbing&Drains and plan on calling again for help in the future - not that I'd look forward to it :)

    Leaky kitchen ceiling

    On the weekend I noticed the paint bubbling and breaking on my kitchen ceiling. It was wet, too, and with our little bathroom directly above, I took no chances, ordering a moratorium on using it until I could find someone to have a look. Scanning Homestars, Waterworks came up as one of the best recommended, so I gave them a call the next morning. It was a great decision! Hassle-free right from the first call. We tried setting up a date for the next day but that fell through. But Michael was able to come on Tuesday and immediately identified the problem. He also checked out our shower faucet, which was in its last legs, and recommended that we replace our basement toilet, which sees a lot of action since it is the main one for guests and the kids when they hang out down there. Michael replaced everything himself quickly and efficiently. While he still was unable to fix the sink problem yet he assured me he was going to call his contacts to find the irregular-sized part that was used and call me back asap. Michael was patient and hardworking, and very pleasant to talk to, even when we werent conversing about the plumbing issues. A real gentleman, and I am glad we hired you folks on to help us out. The pricing was fair as well the listed price is if he can get the sink repaired as well. All in all, an excellent experience, and I would not hesitate to use their services again.

    Hot water tank prpblem

    We had Michael and his company install the water heater two years ago and we are very happy. Somebody bumped into a pipe and caused a small leak. And he was here very very quickly and fix the problem. Were very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone.

    Bathroom Sink repair

    We had a sink that would not drain and, as usual, Waterworks was fast and professional. We also had them repair the damage we did to the sink when trying to fix the problem ourselves. Glad they come prepared with a variety of solutions.

    Pipe leak repair

    Although the service was more expensive than I expected, the work was done efficiently and the service technician gave me all the information I needed to knowwhat was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Not only did he arrive promptly, he was earlier than originally scheduled, but I was advised and asked if that would be OK.
