    various repairs

    I had such a great experience with Waterworks! The repairman who came was so pleasant to work with. Besides fixing all the different issues we had, (toilets, faucet, washing machine hose...), he gave us valuable advice and threw in some extra parts as well at no cost! The price was very reasonable! I really recommend Waterworks!

    Water leak

    I had a great experience with the Waterworks team, from beginning to end. The office called to let me know when to expect Michael. Michael arrived within the window, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He not only fixed my water leak, he looked at a bathtub overflow issue and gave me several options - other plumbers had given me only a very costly option. While here, Michael tested my toilets to see if they were leaking as well as the particle level in my filtered water - all at no charge. I would highly recommend Waterworks.

    Repair running toilet and replace bathroom sink drain

    Very professional service. Efficient communication, booking, and follow-up by Rupinder. Service tech Alija arrived promptly at scheduled time. He was professional and clearly communicated issues with no pressure to proceed. The work on bathroom drain ended up being more complicated than anticipated but the flat fee for the service vs. hourly rate was a bonus as we knew what the final tally would be. He completed the job with professionalism and calm. He also offered helpful tips on how to clear our bathtub drain. No more Drano or Mr. Plumbr! Glad we went with Waterworks.

    Absolutely great service

    This was way more than I hoped for (I never give 5 stars but in this case I did). My troubles were resolved reasonably quickly after I called and the Technician Alija H was fantastic. It took him no time to see the problems (kitchen sink and running toilet!) and he professionally repaired/replaced as needed and explained the whys and whats in the process. He took time to explain and provide options. and to be blunt I will never go anywhere else again! I don't know if you are the most inexpensive in town but I really believe you are the very best value! Thanks Alija Cheers.... Gail

    Old toilet repairs

    Michael is great to fix an old toilet of ours and now were going to save a lot of water and save money on our water bill. The fixture works fantastic now and they have a great warranty.

    Sanitary line backup

    Very knowledgeable and arrived on time. Drain was plugged cleared and gave me options to remedy the problem.

    Sewage Drainage Repair

    Master Drain arrived on Saturday nite after receiving my call in the afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the problem, a broken drain in the basement which was causing the sewage to backup. They returned on Sunday to complete the measurement and on Monday the broken pipe was excavated and repaired. It has been 2 months since the job was completed cleanly. Impressive!!!!!!Thanks Wendy . May I add 2 other plumbing companies were called prior and failed to diagnose the problem. Do NOT use Enercare for your plumbing needs........inefficient!!!!!

    Unclogging kitchen sink

    Michael & his team were very professional & easy to talk to. They were able to come to my parents' house within the same day of the call & made sure that our kitchen sink was unclogged. Michael also suggested some tips so this won't happen the next time. Thank you Michael for helping us & hopefully we don't need to call you back anytime soon haha!

    Kitchen drain repairs

    I had a trap that needed to be replaced and Michael came to take care of it, while he was here I had him replace the faucet as well. He also identified a problem with the dishwasher hookup that might have failed, although he didn't have the special part that was required, he arranged a follow up visit for 2 days later and took care of it. Rupinder kept me up to date on Michael's arrival time and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was OK. The team was very easy to deal with and very professional.
