    Multiple Plumbing Concerns

    We are preparing to move and needed to address a number of plumbing concerns. Mike and his apprentice, Hunter, came in and over the span of two days attended to said concerns, which included a new sump pump and the installation of two new bathroom sinks, etc., We are beyond satisfied with the work that was done! Both gentlemen were extremely prepared, professional and friendly! We will definitely call on them again if and when we encounter any problems in our new home! We highly recommend Waterworks Plumbing!!!!! 6 out of 5!

    The best plumbers I have ever used.

    Had water flowing from the ceiling and was extremely concerned. Waterworks came within an hour and resolved the problem in the spot. Then fixed the shower tap and made sure to find the most money efficient way. Its hard to find people with such integrity, skill and kindness. Thank you so much!

    Replacing a Cracked Toilet to Resolve a Water Leak Damaging Hardwood

    It is with pleasure that I highly recommend Waterworks Plumbing. We appreciated outstanding customer service, both professional and quick, to resolve a possible cause of water leak damage to the hardwook floor outside a bathroom. A cracked toilet was replaced. Rupinder, from the office, patiently listened to the problem and was very helpful. She updated us on Michael's arrival and did an excellent job of follow-up to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction and working well. Michael was professional and friendly, with genuine concern for the customers. He was respectful of both customer time and our home environment. Thank you, Michael and Rupinder! We will be in touch for any future plumbing service. We have already recommended you to one of our neighbours in need of another issue to be resolved.

    Water leak and Gratitude

    What I thought was a HVAC concern eventually turned out to be a water meter that was leaking. It was alarming to realize that the problem was bigger than we had realized. After looking at reviews on HomesStars I called WaterWorks and spoke with Rupinder. She is very understanding and asked me to send a photo of the problem. Rupinder has a lot of patience and answered my calls and questions throughout the afternoon. Michael has years of plumbing experience and he quickly put our fears at ease regarding the problem. He explained how to proceed and he provided information for the city in regards to the problem. I was impressed with Michael's high degree of knowledge, integrity and kindness during a stressful situation. Rupinder followed up with us the next day to determine if our concerns were all resolved. Yes, they were and if we have any future concerns WaterWorks will be our first call. Thank you Michael and Rupinder for your professionalism and help

    Drain cleaning

    Alija, the plumber, and Peter, the co-op student, were always professional, helpful, and diligent. We have had, over the years, much plumbing work done. And we can say, unequivocally, they knew exactly what to do, and it was done with no issues.

    Sump Pump Service and Repair

    Very professional and quick service. Michael was amazing at educating me on the problem. His advice and guidance was top notch. In very short order he repaired, replaced, and cleaned the sump pumps - I now have a peace of mind on the issue. Rupinder at the office was very helpful in booking timely appointments and providing followup phone calls. Thank you. Andrew

    Michael loves to bring on the clean water!

    Michael visited our office to change a water filter, then discovered the filter was fine but the tank was broken. He came back the same day with the part we needed. He also demonstrated how the water purity testing worked and was enthusiastic and clear throughout the whole process.

    Various Repairs

    Michael did a good job! You can feel how knowledgeable and experienced he is. Many thanks for the quick response to the urgent issues we had (various repairs/upgrades in the bathroom). We also would like to thank Rupinder for efficient communication, booking, and follow-up!

    Sump pump replacement

    What a great experience and office follow ups to replace my sump pump. My repairs were completed by Alija and he was professional from start to finish. Also, Rupinder, the office staff, kept me updated throughout the day while awaiting Alija's arrival and followed up with me within 30 minutes of the completion of the job. The price was fair and the explanation of the job was understandable. The back up sump pump job will be done on another day and looking forward to that. Also, the time frame from the initial call into Water Works and the arrival time was less than 24 hours which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Water Works to others for all plumbing needs.

    New main water shutoff valve

    Michael came to our house to add a new main water shutoff valve. Our original one was located in a very precarious spot in our furnace room and was old and damaged. Michael did a great job, and was very knowledgeable about other plumbing issues we were having. I would whole heartedly recommend him and his company.
