    Toilet and tub repairs

    Great company--would recommend! We hired WaterWorks Plumbing to take care of a problem with a toilet and a leaky tub faucet. Both issues were taken care of efficiently and in a timely manner. Alija was very friendly, clear in explaining the work to be done, and left no mess behind. Rupinder, who manages all appointments and plumbing jobs, is organized, friendly, and offers great customer service. Several days later we noticed that the tub spout  had been jiggled loose during their work. It was no longer sealed to the wall. Alija returned to fix it, no problem! They never worked on the spout, which was why they didn't notice that a problem was introduced. Honestly, a lot of companies would have argued with us or refused to go out of their way to fix it. But that right there is the mark of a good business. We were listened to and the problem fixed quickly! Accidents happen--we are all human.  This company puts customer satisfaction first and has a lot of integrity and can be trusted to make sure the job is done RIGHT. We will be repeat customers!

    Bathtub faucet

    Needed a replacement for my 1950 bathtub faucet and Michael came out to do the job. He was very courteous and made me feel at ease by taking the time to answer all my questions. He found a replacement for a hard to find fixture that needed to fit the existing opening in the wall tile; I didnt want to change the look of the bathroom. Even after my warranty had expired, Michael came out to fix a small issue at no extra cost. Thank you Waterworks

    Toilet repair

    I'm a property manager and routinely call Waterworks for any plumbing issues. They check all the boxes: skilled, dependable, courteous and reasonably priced. Michael is a pleasure to work with.

    Toilet Leaking Issue

    Alija and his partner were amazing. We had a contractor install our new toilet incorrectly resulting in leakage and a cracked bowl. They came in, undid their terrible work and reinstalled our new toilet. Not only does the job look cleaner and better than our previous one, but they were friendly, and worked SO hard to investigate alternative ways to fix the problem without having to resort to cutting into our ceiling which would've been incredibly expensive. Would HIGHLY recommend.

    Excellent Hot water tank repair

    I had a leaky hot water tank under my kitchen sink, michael came, diagnosed and repaired it quickly.

    Toilet -- reseat. Leaking at base

    Service tech did a good job. Was quick, professional and cleaned up. And, they warrantee their work. I thought it was a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for.

When you call around after a job is done of course a lot of people are going to give you a lowball price on the phone to make you upset. They probably wouldn’t even come out nor if they did, they would probably change their price and they may even change the price once the job is done, and good luck getting a warranty with them .that’s not the case with our company . By the way, this is not a forum to get discounts on quality work that’s been in order to boost a review. Thank you for your business, and we will stand behind our warranty and our work.

    Washing machine valves replaced

    Michael not only replaced our washing machine taps in a jiffy. He also looked at my water bill, which was too high, and after some investigating he advised me that it was one of my toilets. I can't say enough good things about Michael. He's courteous, professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Going forward I will only use waterworks plumbing and drains. I would also like to mention how amazing Rupinder is, their secretary. She called me on a regular basis to keep in the loop, answer my questions, advise me that the technician was on his way etc. Rupinder's customer service skills are exceptional and she goes above and beyond to assist customers. Rupinder and Michael are two of Waterworks plumbing most valuable assets.

    Clogged main drain

    Alija did a wonderful job clearing our clog. Initially he tried going through the drain but he explained the risks and we decided he would go through the toilet. He was very pleasant and professional.
