    bathtub leak

    Michael was very efficient in fixing the issue and took the time to explain to me why it leaked and what he did to fix it. Job well done!

    Valves and Faucet replacements

    Needed to replace a bathroom faucet and 2 intake valaves for 2 toilets. We have used this company in the past and very happy with the job they do.

    Plumbing repairs

    We've used Michael on several occasions at my father's apartment for various plumbing jobs. Always reliable, always professional and the job is always done right. A pleasure to deal with, great customer service and peace of mind assured. Highly recommend

    Repair or Replace Faucets or Pipes
    The technician showed-up as scheduled and completed the water pipe repair as quoted efficiently. There were no surprises!

    Repair leak that caused ceiling damage below

    My thanks to Michael for all of his help in diagnosing and fixing a leak that caused ceiling damage in the room below. He determined the likely problem, undertook the repair and counselled me on other maintenance I should consider for peace of mind. Aside from the quality of the work, he was very personable and kind. I was so pleased, I had him come back a couple of days later to undertake some additional work. I would also like to acknowledge Rupinders help with scheduling my appointments and for keeping me apprised of expected arrival times. I would recommend their services.

    Replacement of kitchen faucet, replacement of lever on toilet

    I had a kitchen faucet replaced as well replaced the lever in the toilet tank. I purchased the kitchen faucet myself, the replacement parts for the lever were supplied by Waterworks plumbing. Michael and Rupinder who helped complete the tasks, did an exceptional job. Also thanks to my friend who recommended the company.

    Leak in kitchen ceiling

    Had a leak in the ceiling called Waterworks because they had good reviews. Mike arrived did not cut open ceiling told me the 2 shower stalls needed to be resealed with silicone and changed the ring on the toilet claimed it was leaking. I called the next morning and told him to return and open the ceiling which he did. Looked and said no pipes there it was a roofing issue. The roofer was called looked into the hole in the ceiling and found the water pipe leaking. Called Rupinder explained the situation she sai Mike would phone. He phoned at 6 pm told me he was having dinner with his family and couldnt discuss this and would come back to fix the leak. I explained that I was definitely not paying him any more money and he suggested I think on the matter logically and get back to him. He could not talk he was having dinner with his family so not sure why he called when he didnt have time and found him condescending when I suggested that I did not see how he could fix a leak he said never existed. I do feel I was overcharged and the problem was clearly not solved because now I have to hire another plumber.

    Dear Mrs.Block Its quite possible that I may have missed seeing the water line in your cieling. There was a ton of insulation up there and i moved it around and didn't see anything butwhat i did see was where the 2 sections of roof meet. My assumption was to have a roofer rule that in or out. The reason why we decided to do the other work was because You and Mr Rowland didn't want to open up the cieling in your kitchen at that time. So I mentioned that your 2 showers were not sealed up with any silicone sealant and the toilet gasket was about 20 years old based on the year of the manufacture date on that fixture. The repairs i did were fairly necessary anyways to do because age and the way the showers stalls looked and your toilet gasket was almost non existent! It was completely crumbled up. I wish you would have mentioned that i came out No charge and opened up the ceiling to do a leak search to do and I didn't see any water line pipe in the ceiling cavity space. I am available as you mentioned I will be there today Oct13 around 2pm and Waive our visit fee and only quote whatever work we may needed.

    Sewage Backup

    Had a sewage backup situation where the main sewage pipe was blocked, with water coming into the basement. When I called, Rupinder answered and got everything booked right away. Within the hour, the technician was on his way, with both multiple text messages and a courtesy phone call letting us know that they were on their way. Alija arrived, went through the possible options, and provided a quote right on the spot. Thankfully, the solution ended up being the simplest option with the total cost being reasonable for the job. I highly recommend them and will definitely give them a call again in the future if the need arises.

    Condo Double Kitchen Sink Clog

    After 2 1/2 days of plunging, snaking w/ no effect, I called Waterworks. Rupinder was able to offer same-day service w/ Michael - excellent communication on any delays. Michael was able to clear the deep clog in about 1/2 hour, offered good insight/advice on how to prevent. Sink now makes very satisfactory tornados/gurgles/burps - runs like a champ. Good discussion w/ Michael about the plumbing industry - Waterworks is more pricey than others & there are reasons. Sometimes you get what you pay for. I'd definitely keep Michael & team in mind if/when I do a kitchen reno - I'd trust him to set up the plumbing correctly.
