    Bathroom repair

    My call to my regular plumbing company was forwarded to Waterworks Plumbing and Drain Service. My company had closed and the above company assumed their calls. My problem was a leaky toilet which I discovered, when I received a high water usage bill from the City of Toronto. Michael came the same day and rectified the problem and also inspected all other leak prone fixtures and connections. He did excellent work and also made sure to leave the workplace spotless. Rawinder, in the office, was very helpful and also checked back after Michael had left, to see whether I was satisfied. Altogether a positive experience.

    Kitchen sink de-clogging

    Very friendly and personable service from the booking, through to regular follow-ups on the arrival time of the technician and finally the quality of the technician himself. And ultimately, our totally grease-clogged kitchen sink was cleared quickly, and simply. With no mess or fuss.

    Bathroom faucet, drain and toilet installation

    I called waterworks to replace an existing toilet that was about 30 years old, as well as to connect the drain and faucet to a newly installed sink. They were very responsive and Rupinder was able to send Alija over within an hour. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently. In a perfect world this is where the review would have ended. I soon notice a leak under the sink. The leak required 2 more visits before it was fixed, at no extra cost. During that time Waterworks was very responsive and Rupinder always followed up on the issue, quickly sent over Alija each time. This situation really shows Waterworks commitment to customer satisfaction, only stopping when the work is fully completed, and a company that I can trust.

    The best diagnosis and solutioning we’ve ever had

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Waterworks. We had a hot water heater guy in, a different plumbing company, and a roof guy to help with our issues and none fixed the underlying problem. Michael from waterworks properly diagnosed and fixed it all! It was a game changer. Rapinder is very responsive and professional. An amazing company!

    Replacement of Portion of Leaking Stack

    We had a leak in our stack so we called Waterworks, as we had great experiences with them in the past. Rupinder quickly coordinated an appointment. Alija came to our house and completed the work very professionally and cleanly. Very happy with the results and would definitely use waterworks again!

    Kitchen sink leakage fix

    We had a leakage under the kitchen sink in the newly bought condo. Michael arrived on time, was friendly and fixed the problem very quick. We will be using his service again in the future!

    Great service, highly recommended!

    Great service from Michael and Rupinder. Bathroom faucet was replaced quickly with no fuss. Highly recommended!

    Excellent service

    Extremely happy with the service I received from Rupinder who booked my appts and Michael who explained my issues and fixed them for me. Both were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

    Kitchen sink fix

    Couldnt recommend this company more. Weve used them quite a few times now and have been really impressed with their work and friendly service. A few weeks ago our kitchen sink collapsed away from the counter top, so we called Waterworks right away. Michael came around within a few hours on a weekend and couldnt have been more friendly, keeping us in the loop on everything that needed to be done so there were no nasty surprises. Our new go-to plumber.
