    No hot water mystery

    We use WaterWorks for my home and business.Michael is great.We had a problem at our buillding.We were not getting any hot water to the 2nd floor.He found an underground leak(Don't ask me how)So he proposed to run a new bypass hot water line to upstairs.Problem solved! Marty S.in Toronto

    Washer dryer installation with new valves,and sink valves

    Toliet Service - Fixing mechanism and seals for 2 toilets

    I had 2 tolets that were very loose and were overflowing in the tank. I researched companies online and this was my first plumber that I ever used. For my first experience I found the service by Josh to be fantastic. The end result was tolets that will last a long time with updated mechanism's and fixed seals. We can use them again with comfort. Josh was great and clean. Service was well done and the quality of workmanship seemed high. I felt the price was a bit high, but overall I was satisfied with the work completed. I would use them again.

    Plumbing

    Issue with drainage in bathroom sink. Was advised by the company that Josh was on his way (very nice lady). Josh was excellent, warm, friendly and polite. He took a peek, knew immediately what the issue was and in less than an hour he replaced parts, cleaned the pipes and made it as good as new. He did not leave a mess to clean, personable and most of all NO PLUMBER'S BUTT ;) just kidding. I would recommend this company for their diligence, work ethic, knowledge and friendly and personable employees. Now if only I could write this review for Rogers Cable and a handful of other companies......

    Leaking Kitchen Drain

    We had a badly leaking kitchen sink drain and called WaterWorks based upon the good reviews on Homestars. I must say that I was very impressed at the great work. It was done in a timely manner and on the spot. Josh, the service Technician was very professional, courteous and even cleaned after the work was done. He provided a few options on how to solve the problem and did not apply any pressure at to which way to go. He simply provided his professional recommendations. Great work Josh. I would highly recommend WaterWorks.

    Installing a dishwasher

    I got the appointment very soon, the next day after my phone call. Craig, the technician came on time. We got the price, we accepted. Craig did a very clean work, I did not have to clean anything after.

    Toilet repair

    I contacted Water Works to help diagnose a leaky toilet issue. Craig came to my house, was very helpful, explained everything that he was doing and testing and went through a few solution scenarios. The price that was quoted was exact and the work was done quickly. I would defintely recommend and use again, should issues arise.

    Running toilet

    I had a running toilet and it required a new part. Josh came to my home on time and he was extremely honest and professional. (Very well-organized also) I was very impressed with Josh and WaterWorks Service and would definately call them again if needed!

    Install new kitchaen faucet and Instant hot water machine

    Our builder installed a lower grade faucet that failed after a few years so my wife urged me to call in our regular on call plumber-Water Works plumbing. He installed a real beautiful victorian style kitchen faucet and new instant hot water machine.Now my wife doesnt have to wait to boil the kettle and she can make her tea in seconds almost as fast as Water Works provides service! Thanks Michael.

    Kitchen Faucet "project"

    Michael and his plumbing comapny have serviced my home and business many times over the past 10 years and I feel that he has always taken good care of us.We purchased a new faucet from Water works.However when I got home I really didnt care much for the style.I ended up ordering and more stylish Kohler faucet and he cheerfully removed their faucet and installed our new faucet! I would say that it is always a pleasure to do business with the Water Works. Amie Davisville,Toronto
