    Leak in Main Pipe

    We had a hard time trying to figure out why the main pipe in our home (leads from the upper floor to the basement) was leaking every time we would flush the toilet or use the shower upstairs. We had booked an appointment as soon as possible (same day) and Michael actually came right away from another appointment which was sooner than expected as we needed to work done ASAP (couldn't use any of the facilities upstairs without having the basement flood). He came and was really nice and had discussed the different options to finding the leak, but after all the discussions he actually asked what a mark on the wall was and we figured out that the main pipe was punctured in the living room from a previous wall-mount which was recently removed. Given that he found the source of the leak he didn't have to charge us for a full search fee. He was done very quickly (sooner than our initially booked appointment). We are in the process of buying a new home and will definitely be calling him back for additional projects in the future.

    waterproofing

    Much appreciated to Waterworks for coming out to do the waterproofing at our home in the winter on short notice. And it was fairly quick and painless without too much disruption.

    I was Impressed by the service provided!(Sump pump adjustments)

    This was my first time calling Waterworks and while I have used another plumbing company in the past,I will call Waterworks next time. Craig explained the options for my sump pump and made adjustments. Craig was professional and the pricing was fair.

    Shower faucet had no hot water

    Our shower had no hot water so we called one of the best service providers in Toronto.Craig came out to our home and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issues with both our showers.He fixed the Moen shower with new parts that he had on hand.That solved our no hot water trouble.He recomended a certain supply company for our Grohe faucet which I was easily able to fix myself.Thanks from Kevin in Midtown Toronto

    Leak from Laundry room

    We had/have a leak from our wash machine. Craig came by my home and inspected the laundry room and found that the plumbing system is in good working order, but we think that our front loader has some internal leak problem.I hope the maufacturer will be of the same caliber as Water Works!P.s.I have used Water Works before and I perfectly comfortable to recommend them.     Various toilet and sink repairs

    Craig was professional,courteous and a good company to have on your team.The price was little higher than I expected but overall good for value for the dollar.They show up when they say and they gave me all of the costs and options before they got to work which I think is great!Craig explained everyting in detail and even wrote everything out in detail.Thanks,Donald

    Repair for my Shower faucet

    I just wanted to let you know what a great job Craig from Water Works did for us.Our Delta faucet was leaking.I was delighted that the plumber had the ALL of the new parts on his truck and did not have to run all over town to find them and waste time.He showed up promptly and was pleasant,and gave me a reasonable cost beforehand.Highly recommended.Eric in Richmond Hill.

    Dishwasher Install

    I found Water Works to be prompt and the plumber was very nice- a pleasure to have in my home.The cost was exactly what I expected.He gave me several options without any pressure and i found that refreshing.Josh the plumber was very polite and very skilled and my new Bosch dish washer looks great and was installed perfectly.Thanks Water Works Josh

    Leak detection

    I selected WaterWorks from the many good reviews on Homestars to check if I had a leak in my house or if my water meter was faulty. I was extremely happy with their customer service (very rare nowadays) - they really stand by their promises - and Craig (who was sent to my house) was wonderful. Very thorough, professional, polite and intelligent. He checked every sink and toilet and found two small leaks. Not only did he do what was asked, he also tightened loose faucets and cleaned out a slow moving drain. I would highly recommend WaterWorks and will definitely use them every time I have a plumbing need.

    Backed up office sink

    We had an issue with out kitchen sink in our office, a flood the night before, called waterworks and they came to the rescue. The service tech who showed up was Craig, he was dressed in professional uniform and very polite. He was very well educated and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He went above and beyond as far as service, he helped me and educated me on what the problem was and helped us prove to the landlord that we were not liable for the blockage. I learnt alot from him as far as preventative meaures to protect ourselves in the future. I would highly recommend waterworks for their services..Thanks CRAIG and waterworks...
