    Replacement of water main connection pipe, taps and faucet reinstalled.

    Josh was great. Prompt, efficient and very organized. He corrected problems created by the previous plumber and resolved newer problems with our washing machine attachments. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

    Quote & toilet repair

    Mike came out to our house on-time and with a big smile on his face. He's possibly the friendliest contractor I've ever dealt with. The cost of his visit was explained up front and is lower than most other plumbers I've used. He spent a lot of time at our place addressing a number of issues and giving us a quote. His company is one of the only ones I've found who can do the plumbing as well as the tiling and other work we need done in our leaky shower. Mike patiently answered all of our questions and definitely knows his stuff. He was able to fix a few small things right away (loose drain plug and wobbly toilet). His quote for the bigger job was fair and from a binder with set rates so you know exactly what you're paying for.

    Leak in my kitchen

    Croat came by to diagnose a leak in my kitchen. He diagnosed it was my dishwasher not a leaky pipe. I was appreciative of his advice on buying a new dishwasher or repairing. We signed up for the regular service as well.

    Unplug shower and home inspection

    We called Water Works this morning with a plugged shower drain. Mike was here within 2 hours and solved our problem with no hassles at all. It was the second time we have used water works and each time Mike showed up and was courteous, helpful and efficient. We would highly recommend them to any one with a plumbing need.     Rattleing Pipes

    I have had this issue for over 4 years. The house is 4 years old. We have had several plumbers come in and try and fix the problem. Mike from water works was great. They called before coming as well as sent me an e-mail of what he looks like which made his visit safer. Mike has replaced a few parts and the noise is gone for now. we are happy and hope the problem stays away for good. Great guy and great company. Highly recommended.

    Leaking 60 year old Galt Brass Shower faucets

    The shower had been leaking badly for a long time, particularly the hot water. It was determined we didn't want the ancient ceramic tile disturbed by replacing the old taps. Craig, the plumber came and removed the old parts, went and purchased replacement parts and was finished refurbishing the old taps in less than 2 hours. He arrived on time on the day promised and was very professional. We are extremely pleased with this companies service.

    fix blocked steam shower, add whole home filter and water softener

    Michael and Josh came quickly, showed me the problem and recommended options to resolve a problem. The work was done well, with care taken about the look and space used. I was very pleased and will recommend them.

    Unclogging basement drain

    As a new homeowner, and a single female, my knowledge of plumbing-related problems is quite limited. I had what I suspected was a clogged drain in the basement, and called up WaterWorks. They gave me a window of a two hours the following evening, as my schedule is quite busy. I didn't have to wait at all - they were right on schedule. Michael was incredibly helpful with explaining the problem to me - older houses have smaller pipes which have a tendency to get clogged. He explained my options to me, in layman's terms so that I understood - and got right down to what needed to be done. I had a fixed drain within the hour! Both service AND customer service was so much more than I had anticipated with my first plumbing experience in my new house! WaterWorks also has this annual fee, sort of like a costco membership, whereby all work performed is at a discounted rate - and seeing as I have a laundry list of repairs - I will definitely be taking advantage of this! Thanks so much - you guys were awesome.

    Showerleak

    We called Waterworks after our shower began to leak and they sent over Josh in a couple days. He turned a pretty unpleasant situation into much less of a headache with his quick work and great customer service! We'll definitely be calling Waterworks and Josh again for our plumbing needs. Thanks!

    Snake Drain

    The service was done very well. Craig was the technician who did the work and he is very professional. He explained what needed to be done and also the other products they offered. I went with his recommendation of snaking the drain pipes and I was very happy with the work. It was also done efficiently. Thank you Craig!
