    no heat on 2 and 3 floor

    Dear Michael, thank you so much for coming out and fixing our freezing problem on the 2nd and 3rd floor, your service is brilliant. Thank goodness it has been a mild winter but we were still kind of chilled upstairs. Now it's very cozy and warm and we are very pleased. Kathy in Toronto

    Repair leaking pedastol sink

    We had a leak on the pedastol sink and we were reffered by someone to water works. Micheal came and fixed the sink in an hour. We are very happy with the service. They showed up on time and serviced professionally.

    clogged tub drain

    Thank you Water works for coming out on Sunday morning; you showed up with a bright smile and cleared my blocked bathtub drain after 2 weeks of not being able to use it. I am very happy that they were able to clear it. I found them to be very respectful of my home and property. I whish many other companies would follow suit.     repair leaking faucets

    We just moved in to our new homw and we had 2 leaks in our shower and bath.Water works was called in to fix the problem,He came to our home with a smile and provided great service and fixed it.And we will wait and see if its good.Im sure it will be ok.if not they have a great warantty.LuLu in Markham

    shower leaking

    Mike from WaterWorks showed up and was extremely professional. I have a problem that seems difficult to identify and Mike has gone into my walls to confirm that water is not leaking from existing plumbing. He gave me an answer we both think is 99% likely the cause of my leaking water.

    water hammering in house

    Water Works is our regular plumbing company that we call upon. They are always good to deal with. Lately we have been having a vibrating noise in the house, so we called upon Water Works to come out. So based on Michaels experience with this problem he repaired our toilets and also we were loosing water and hopefully our problem is gone away. Thank you very much Michael and Water Works!!!

    blocked toilet

    service was excellent!! we use them all the time and they always do a great job!! Michael is fantastic and so helpful!! i would highly recommend them to firends and family they did a great job and were so efficient! Happy toilets are a happy office!

    ice maker installation

    We have know Michael for over 12 years now and he is a fantastic plumber to know. We purchased a new GE Profile fridge 2 years ago. It was installed by the appliance company and we never had ice or water to our fridge. We called Michael in this week and he installed a new valve and hardware and we now have full water pressure to our water dispenser on our fridge a nice cold ice to follow. 3 Cheers to Michael and Water Works. I would rate him at 10 DUCKS!! Barb in North York

    Cleaning the blockage of the sewage

    Water backed out from the sewage on the 2nd night we moved in our new home. As previous condo dwellers, we were freaked out. I found Water works from this web site and made a call the next day. Michael came, investigated the problem and gave me the price up front. It took him about 1 hour to clean it up and tested multiple time to make sure the problem was gone. He was professional and nice the entire time. Water Works definitely goes on my speed dial list. I won't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

    Bathroom faucet fix

    I used Waterworks based on the reviews from HomeStars, and I was extremely happy with the service that I received. When we thought that we had an issue with the faucet that was replaced, I called the company and the owner came over within hours. It turns out that it was functioning just fine! The service that we received was exceptional and we have even recommended Waterworks to my mother. She also used their service and was equally satisfied!
