    toilet stop valve replacement

    Received Excellent service today. My toilet was leaking and the valve wouldn't close so I had to close the main water supply to avoid flooding. The toilet valve needed to be replaced and was done quickly and efficiently. He came on time on family day and now I can enjoy the rest of the day off knowing I have running water and my toilet isn't leaking! Call them if you need any plumbing jobs in your house!

    leaking taps

    We have a leaking taps. and we called Water Works . they came and fixed it very fast and fabulous. We are very very satisfied with their service . Thanks very much for the good help of Michael.

    Repair leak in water line

    We had a small leak in a water line leaking into our basement and needed it dealt with on a holiday - With one phone call i had confirmation someone would come by within the hour = Less than 30 minutes elapsed and the repairman investigated, quoted me and got on with the work- finished professionally and made viable recommendations on how to avoid future similar problems- I will definitely call them again whenever i need professional plumbing help!!!! highly recommended !

    drain blockage

    This morning we woke to have water backing up into the basement. We had Mike here on site with us about an hour after we called in... not only did our drains get fixed up... but I learned a little more about our plumbing and appreciated the way he recommended a fix that was less expensive than it could have been. Thanks for saving my Sunday Mike!!!!

    leaking shower faucet

    moved into our new home had a leaking faucet from day one. Original plummer came back and changed cartridges. Leak continued Michael from Water works came out and fixed problem. Everything works great now. Would recommend the friendly service man!

    kitchen faucet repair

    Hey what can I say, I called water works they showed up when they said they would. The plumber said there could be a couple of scenarios with my mothers faucet. They gave us upfront pricing for repairing and replacing and the plumber said that the repair may or may not work, but the plumber worked diligently and was able to rescue our faucet without having to replace it. We are grateful that it worked out for the lesser cost and Water Works is a great company to know of. Ken in Weston

    various blocked sinks and faulty faucet

    We were refereed to Water Works by my daughter and I must say it was a great recommendation. The plumber showed up on time, were clean, worked neatly and were very professional. We had an issue in our en suite sinks, and the shower in the basement that were backing up . The shower faucet was also not working. It is amazing what a little TLC can accomplish. Their work is magical!!! They really know their stuff. Water Works is a company that I will keep in my speed dial. Thanks again from Marilyn and David

    Faucet fixing

    Spoke to Terry at Water Works department as I was having issues with my kitchen sink faucet. It was getting loose all the time. I had previously called another plumber to fix the issue but was never fixed properly. Terry was extremely helpful and send a plumber named Michael Yuffa who was very knowledgeble and knew the problem as soon as he saw the issue. He fixed it now and now I can see the issue has gone away. Thankyou Water Works Plumbing. Great Job!!

    water main leak in basement

    Had a water main leak in our basement and after Josh came by with a quote, felt he was knowledgable and was comfortable to go ahead with WaterWorks. While repairing the leak, he found that there was more work to be done and was honest and upfront about the pros, cons and risks associated our old pipes and did the extra work in keeping with the original quotation. Josh was punctual, polite & professional. Highly recommended.

    Clogged Drain

    I had a leaking toilet and shower and the occasional sewer smell that flooded the house. When we would flush the toilet, the shower would make a glugging noise. Michael came and gave me a few possible scenarios but luckily, just snaking the drain fixed the problem and everything is working very well. I found the staff on the phone to be very helpful and friendly and Michael was very knowledgeable and amiable. I will definitely use WaterWorks in the future, if or when necessary. I highly recommend!
