    install new laundry tub, toilet repair and 2 shower sliding bars

    We have used Michael from Water Works for well over 10 yrs now. Actually my daughter started using them about 12 yrs ago, and we have always been happy with their services as they pay special attention to detail and care. My new condo is really starting to look really nice - but it is a work in progress. Thanks for everything Michael

    leak forcen cartage

    The builder came to visit and it does not work. We call Water Work to fix it. It quick and fast . Perfect! I highly recomend to use Water Work because they are professional.

    Inspection and Water Leak

    I had a problem with a huge water bill rising every month. Called WaterWorks to arrange for someone to come by and find the problem. I was very pleasantly suprised by the very low cost for the inspection. Cory was able to quickly identify the problem. It happened to be a part i knew i could replace on my own and I wasn't pressured to have it done by them. My experience with the company and especially Cory was very good. They were professional, friendly and on time. Definitely would recommend Waterworks and will use them for any future issues that come up at our home.

    Snake clogged drain

    Cory arrived on time and was very conscientious. He efficiently went about his job, was very pleasant and helpful, in addition to being careful to keep the work area and our home clean. This is our 2nd experience with WaterWorks and we'll continue to call them if the need should arise.

    Plumbing

    Had a major problem with our toilet & draining, fixed it in less than 2 hours :) Very fast and efficient. Professional people that can get the job without the hassle! Highly recommended service :D

    Leaky sink taps

    We had another plumber come to our home and he resealed the tap and our leak persited.We the n called Waterworks and he removed the faucet and found it had an internal leak.He replaced the taps with a new one now.We are happy with our choice of plumbers.They are great/Mary in Vaughan

    Sump Pump

    Michael and his crew did a fine job replacing my sump pump and addressing all my concerns surrounding the job. I also appreciated the fact that he was looking to solve my problems with the least amount of hassle and not gouge me by trying to do more than was needed. Good Work!!

    Plumbing

    We had a leak under the kitchen sink and needed to replace the faucet. Waterworks sent Cory right away. Cory was punctual, professional, friendly, and patient. Not only did he finish the job in under an hour, but he took the time to show us what he did, how he did it, and gave us tips on how to re-mediate future problems. We will definitely be calling Waterworks again for future problems and requesting Cory's service.

    leaking shower

    he had all the parts in the truck he did the job very professional, he can identify problem quickly he also show up on time and wear shoes covers i would recommand hin to my friends and other familys

    Leaking faucet

    I had a new faucet which started leaking... I gave waterworks a call and Terri and Michael were very professional and resolved the issue very quickly. I was very impressed with their service and will use them again.
