    Leaking shower tap

    March 21, 2012 Thank you Michael, Thanks Waterworks. We had a leaking shower tap in our house. The handle was completely stuck to the cartridge so it was impossible to replace the cartridge. Michael came right on time as he said. Gave me an upfront estimate of the work involved in the replacement of the cartridge. He tried to remove the handle but because of the calcium deposits inside the cartridge shaft, it did not come out. He had to break the shaft of the cartridge in order to be able to replace it. And the best news for me was that he had a spare new cartridge in his van. After the work was done, he also ordered a new handle for the shower tap, free of charge from the manufacturer. Excellent work. Very professional. Thanks again Michael.

    Adjusted Faucet and Replaced Nozzle Hose

    Cory showed up right on time and was able to remedy the problem quickly. Due to a faulty builder installation years ago, I haven't been able to use the retractable nozzle head in my faucet. Delta shipped me the replacement parts and Cory was able to, with some effort, remove the old hose, then readjust the faucet installation. Everything works great now. Regarding pricing, I have never used a plumbing service before, so I appreciated the up front method of price discussion before Cory went ahead with any repairs. A follow up call immediately came from WaterWorks after the appointment was over. A good method for ensuring customer satisfaction. I would recommend them as an honest service.

    Leaky bathtub faucet (60 years old)

    Tuesdsay, March 20, 2012: Called waterworks this morning, Micheal was here on time. We had a leaky faucet in the the bathroom tub which is about 60 years old. He had parts, look about an hour. Good work, great service. I would recommend Micheal to anyone.

    Basement bathroom backing up

    With no warning, nasty water starting backing up in the basement toilet and bathtub when we took a shower upstairs. Up until now all our plumbing had been working great. We called WaterWorks that evening, they booked an appointment for the next morning no problem. The phone service was very professional. Michael called ahead the next morning, showed up early, diagnosed the problem immediately as blockage in the sewer pipe out to the street, and had it snaked out in no time. Then he put the camera down the pipe just to make sure everything was okay. All along the way he was friendly, professional, and very informative in explaining exactly what was going on. I have no trouble recommending WaterWorks for plumbing and drain work.

    Plugged bathroom drain and pipes

    Water Works was great!!! I called them up and the lady on the other end was very pleasant. Mike came over very quickly and fixed the drain . When we was done he noticed a tile was loose in the bathroom. He fixed it for me free of charge and did it all with a smile. Thanks Water Works! I will for sure use them again if I have any plumbing issues!

    Non-Functional Shower Faucet / Weak Water Pressure (Sink)

    Overall a great experience. Michael was prompt, respectful, fixed all the problems, all around professional. He was upfront from the start with regards to cost, time etc. No hidden costs or hidden agenda. A relaxing feeling when you know the service professional you are dealing with is being honest and not trying to sell you a $1000 repair for something that should cost $20 to fix. From the start to the end of the projects Michael explained exactly what he was doing so I could follow along. As soon as he left I received a follow-up call from their service desk to make sure I was satisfied with my service. Incredible customer service. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Michael and the team. They will exceed your expectations, just like they exceeded mine.

    new toilet

    The wait was not long for a plumber to come out. The work was carried out quickly. We were given the price before the work was done. The plumber was very friendly. Job well done!

    Unclogging a drain and replacing kitchen plumbing

    We've had WaterWorks come by for a couple of jobs. The first was a clogged bathroom basin. Their service agent Craig did a wonderful job. He was very courteous, took the time to explain the project and did a thorough clean up after the work was done. The second project required redoing some improperly installed kitchen plumbing to improve the flow from the kitchen sink. This time Cory came for the job and was also friendly, professional, did the work quickly and our drain now works ten times better. We've been very impressed by WaterWorks service and their professionals and give them a strong recommendation.

    Plumbing

    This company did a great job at plumbing and offered a discount! Very professional and great at what they do. Quick and reliable service. I would definately recommend them to people living around the area.

    consultation for renovations

    Cory was great, showed up on time with in a clean uniform. He gave me great advice and I would defenitly use this company for any future projects. I love the idea of getting a upfront cost from their company price book. Thank you from Shinya in Etobicoke
