    Selling & Installing a Tankless Hot Water Heater

    Michael was very knowledgable and friendly. He walked me through the positives and negatives of repairing vs replacing my hot water tank. In the end a tankless hot water heater was installed and the job was done so cleanly that you would hardly know anyone was there. Excellent follow up afterward as well to ensure that we were satisfied with the product and installation.

    Powder Room Bathroom

    Michael was exceptional! He provided smart and creative advice about a cost effective solution for some plumbing issues to convert my main floor closet into a powder room bathroom. He was very courteous, working well with my contractor to coordinate their schedules/work. I highly recommend Michael and his crew!

    Plugged Bathroom Drain

    We were referred to the Water Works by a friend. Michael was great and got the job done fast and was very helpful for suggesting preventative measures for any future clogs!

    Leaky toilet needed replacing

    We had a leaky toilet in the basement. Michael came in and suggested that it was old and inefficient and recommended replacing it. Michael was very pleasent, he showed us the price list in advance, and charged based on it. He gave us some good advice and while he was here, he checked out all of the toilets in the house to see if there are other issues. By the time he left we were old friends.

    Dishwasher installation

    Had them come over to install a dishwasher in a kitchen with no dishwsher frame in the cabinets. Mike and Mohammed were the plumbers. They did an outstanding job, and were very friendly and professional. They answered all of our questions, had the job done quickly. I would highly recommend them.

    hooking up new washing machine / replacing taps on water supply

    Needed to install braided steel hoses to new washer but old style hose was seized on water supply tap. Michael arrived on time, assesed the problem and quoted me what it would cost to replace the taps. He worked quickly, and even gave me a braided hose no charge when the one I bought wasn't long enough to reach the steam dryer. The work was top notch and Michael even helped me hook up both machines and move them into place. Would use Michael again without thinking twice. Very professional.

    Installing water hammer shock arrestors

    My LG steam washer caused the pipes to shudder and bang due to the pressure from the shots of steam during operation. I was afraid of a pipe breaking at the joint, causing a big leak! Michael knew right away how to alleviate the pressure on the pipes. He installed hot and cold water hammer shock arrestors and voila! The banging has been eliminated! Thanks Michael. I now have a quiet home when doing laundry and peace of mind regarding a pipe breaking.

    Blocked Basement Drain

    Classic story of a flooding basement right before bed time. Reviewed the Homestars reviews and watched the WaterWorks video and chose Michael. Sure enough he was the one who showed up and quickly explained the situation and solution. All on a SUNDAY with a smile. As a business owner that actually has a business on Homestars it was surely nice to see that this system works. Thanks Michael and hope we see each other soon.

    Leaking toilet and supply valve.

    Just moved into an older condo with lots of leaky pipes. I called Water Works and they came out on a Sunday and fixed the problem. Michael had all the parts and gave me great advice on future projects I have been planning. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

    good job

    was willing to come out an help when other plumber like handy man keep me hanging...was really helpful an make sure the job was done right....an we were happy with the result
