    new kitchen faucet installation

    Faucet about 3 months old. Did not swing. Base was jammed. The tech come in time. Very polite and very pleasant to talk to. Cleaned all the mess and dirt. We love our NEW faucet. Thank you everybody at the work works

    kitchen faucet

    Today Michael Yuffa (master plumber) with Water Works, installed a kitchen faucet for my mom. She spoke very highly about their work and professionalisim. Overall, my mom was very impressed with the quality of service.

    Water Leak

    I called Waterworks and spoke to Lisa who was very pleasant and promptly scheduled an appointment to address my concerns. I had a water leak from my whirlpool to the family room. I was concerned that it could turn out to be a major job. Michael Yuffa, the master plumber from waterworks, came in and was able to determine the cause. It was a default washer - end of story. Michael had a pleasant attitude which impressed me so I decided to use him for installing my new dishwasher. Shortly after the installation of the machine, I received a code error. I called water works, and Michael came on a Sunday (Easter Holiday) to check it. It turned out to be a technical issue rather than an installation one. So far I am very satisfied with the work done. I highly recommend waterworks and Michael Yuffa.

    blocked toilet

    As usual we called in our go-to plumber Water works to unblock our powder room toilet.We needed to get it fixed fast before the holidays,and we knew we could rely upon them to show up on time-even showed up a bit early.The lady in their office even followed up to make sure everything was good!     Blocked kitchen sink drain

    My house was built in 1940 and I have had a few blockages in the kitchen drain. I did not want to have to face major work such as smashing floors to clear the pipes. Michael and his assistant were able to successfully snake the drain and unclog it. I also purchased Bio Clean (recommended by Michael) a natural product which will clean out the drain, keep it that way and avoid having to use commercial caustic chemicals. Michael and his assistant were friendly and professional. They wore shoe covers, cleaned up the area and ensured everything was working well including checking for leaks under the sink. They found one and solved that problem as well. WaterWorks keeps you informed of the arrival time of the technician and even sends out an introductory email with the technicians picture, so you know who is coming to your home. I did not compare price quotes with other companies and felt perhaps the service price was a bit expensive. But if the Bio Clean works as Michael says it does, then his service cost was well worth it.

    Laundry Faucet Replace/Repair

    Overall the job and dealing with the company was very smooth. Lisa was very friendly and called ahead of time to let us know that Michael and his co-worker Greg would be arriving shortly. She also called soon after the work was completed to make sure it was done properly; the post sale call was a surprise and I thought was fantastic. The work done to repair the faucet was done quickly and very well. We had a leaky faucet in the laundry room and Michael and co came in, quickly replaced the faucet and also showed me where the leak was coming from. They also took the old faucet and will dispose of it in a recycle program. The job was explained in detail and they cleaned the area after the job was finished. I was very happy with the work they did and would use them again. I think the price was also competitive. It may be a few percentage points higher than some others but I was happy to pay it if it meant quality. Allen from Toronto

    Tub faucet repairs

    Michael Yuffa from The Water Works Plumbing was pleasant, punctual, and fixed my tub. He provided advice, and even offered to come back on a holiday. I recommend his work, and Water Works Plumbing.

    Hooking up a dishwasher

    Michael was great. The only reason I'm only satisfied and not very satisfied is that the appointment was from 10-12. And Michael came at 12.20. Otherwise - great job! Michael did the electrical wiring, quality control, was upfront about the costs and helpful.

    Hotwater in the Toliet

    Experienced started with Stephanie organizing the visit after hours. She was extremely helpful. Had to reschedule but booked again the next morning. Michael was very service oriented and pleasant to engage with. He is also quite skilled as he had to conduct a big investigation to solve a difficult problem. Would recommend to my mother for sure. Will have them come again!

    Simple fix

    I spent plenty of time researching the best Plumber for a fair price and someone who does good work. I certainly found them. Michael was great! Thank you for your professional attitude and great work.
