    plumbing issue

    Had a sewage odour coming from basement drain everytime i did laundry. No one had been able to figure out what was causing it... even had some pipes replaced. Michael from waterworks came in knew right away it was pipes needed to be cleaned out with enzyme product.. Everything seems fine now..

    Leak in kitchen

    I reside outside the country and have a rental property in Toronto. I contacted Water Works as my tenant was reporting a water leak under the sink. Water Works Plumbing was able to go out and locate and fix a problem with the main shut off valve. They kept me informed and up to date throughout the process which gave me confidence in them. "Excellent customer service".

    Remove defective faucets and replace with new faucets

    I am a builder living in the same home for the past seven years and required the replacement of my kitchen faucet. The service provided was truly incredible, timely and professional.     Toilet constantly running

    Michael is very professional. He is able to assess what is wrong and checks his work after to make sure everything is good. I would recommend Mike and his company who needs work done. Lisa and Stephanie are great too in making updates on schedules.

    leaking outside tap

    Iwas so pleased to find a company that meant what they said and said what they meant. They were on time, on budget,and extremely pleasant.Their name is Waterworks Plumbing and Drains.Lisa in the office started things off on the right note by being so nice and so professional on the phone. She made me feel that I could trust her and her company. Mike -the plumber-was very capable.He recognized the problem and acted quickly to rectify it. He even pointed out a potential danger in my home and advised on how it could be fixed even though it was not a plumbing issue. I am very satisfied and will use this company again.I found Waterworks by reading a review on this website. Thank you.

    Main water valve repair

    Toilet running

    Micheal Yuffa, was very polite and friendly. He got the job done quickly and neatly. I would recommend Micheal Yuffa to anyone who needs plubming done. He came exactly whe nhe sai he was , explained the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and reasonable.

    install new kitchen faucets set

    we moved in to our new house last jube and the original faucet had too many problems like leaking and and finish problem,spout did not match the rest of ther fauvcet. We were referred by a friend to \water works and they were great.they came in and replaced the faucet and fixed everything in onbe shot.Great Job! Ivan in Richmond

    Bathroom Sink Drain

    We called Water Works because of a smell coming from bathroom sink drain. We were given a 2 hour time window for the service call, but they were able to come earlier and called us to make arrangements. Michael Yuffa came out and immediately knew the cause of the problem was a buildup of organic waste and had a product that would solve the problem. We used the product as directed by Michael and problem solved! Michael was courteous and professional. We would use Water Works again and definitely recommend them. Thanks Michael!

    emergency furnace service

    I though my pilot light. I called Waterworks and when Michael tried to relight it, realized it was a problem with one of the components. He fixed it immeadiatly and then called the next morning to ensure my children had heat again!!! So amazing. Highly recommended!
