    Smell from laundry and wash machine

    This our second experience with this company and it was Good.We called them out this time due to a smell coming from our laundry and wash machine.Michael recommended using a product called Affresh to clean out our front loading wash machine and we bought some BioClean drain enzyme product to help maintain our drains.I would recommend Water Works to anyone who just needs excellent plumbing or drain services.     Sump Pump Service

    I have been using this company for some time now and I'm very pleased with the service. They installed a new pump for us back in September and I got the One in a Hundred that failed.I must say that they came out quickly and replaced the equipment at NO-Charge! They do stand behind their products and Services.I would rate you an 11 but since the pump failed I will only provide a 10!LOL Thanks for taking care of us!Brad W - Toronto

    Install new sump pump

    My sump pump failed so I called in WaterWorks and they thoroughly checked why my sump pump failed. Well, it was burnt out.The original pump was one of those cheap plastic ones that you can buy at the hardware store.The plumber had one on his truck.It was a solid metal cast iron industrial type.He said it was a commercial and professional grade. The pump now works beautifully and is super quiet.Thanks for the great help! Tsering In new Toronto

    Thorough & Complete kitchen tap repair.

    Water Works is fanatastic!They showed right on schedule.They had all the parts on their truck and fixed my problem right on the spot unlike other companies that I have used in the past,where they would initially have to come to my home and then go to their supply house.This was much more convenient and way more professional than what I am accustomed to.The kitchen faucet now works better than ever.Stephen B.     To repairpowder room toilet

    I just wanted to thank you guys for the excellent services you provided.I had a problem with an older toilet that they tweaked to make it stop losing water.They recommended not to spend too much money on it as it was an older fixture.i really appreciate their advice.I am currently in the renovating stage of my home and I will definitely use Water Works Plumbing when I purchase my new fittings.     Toilet issue- Constantly running, broken part floating

    Was having some trouble with our toilet for some time. It kept running until we would jingle the handle a few times. We hired a handy man to fix it 6 months ago but in the end he made it worse. He basically tried to make our toilet into a low flow toilet by shortening the chain and lowering the floating ball(ball cock)-He fixed the constant running, however we had to flush repeatedly to get rid of any waste. Finally we had a party over the weekend, and one of our guests didn't know our trick to flushing, and used to much power on the handle and a part broke inside the toilet. I was thrilled because finally i could rationalize calling in a professional and get it fixed for good. A friend of mine recommended Waterworks. Craig and Matthew came out to take a look and gave me some options of how to fix it. They explained each option along with the prices of each and what they would recommend. They didn't pressure me either way. Craig was really great and explained to me what they did in terms even I could understand. Along with an extra warranty, we saved 10% on parts/labour, which was great- I would recommend them to anyone searching for a plumber and not knowing where to start. I know everyone cringes at the cost of having a plumber come to the house, but if you have a problem, they will fix it, and you won't have to think about it again. I can't tell you how much of a relief that is.

    Annual checkup ; service one faucet and two toilets

    We have been regular customers since we moved into this house and had a toilet and bathroom sink installed in 2000. We signed up for the loyalty program, and so have everything checked out each year--which has proved to be an excellent investment. We've always been impressed by the promptness, courtesy, and professionalism of the staff (especially Michael Yuffa himself), and have no hesitation in giving WaterWorks our enthusiastic recommendation.

    Toilet replacement and shower repair (cartridge replacement)

    Josh was personable, courteous, careful and professional and he clearly knew what he was doing. The job was completed well within the expected time frame and to our satisfaction. This is our second time using WaterWorks for plumbing matters and we would definitely use their services again. Setting up the appointment for a time that was best for us was simple and there was follow-up shortly after the work was completed to ensure we were satsified with what had been done. The company lived up to the high ratings they've received on Homestars.

    main line blockage

    Josh Griffin showed a high level of politeness and professionalism as he entered the house until the time he finished his job and left. He also completed everything in a timely fashion. I would definitely suggest water works plumbing to my family and friends.

    Craig fixed a complex faucet system, that two others plumbers couldn't do. I was very impressed .

    They arrived when they said they would. They were polite courteous and professional. I described my problem that two other companies couldn't solve and they has an immediate solution and the job was finished in less than an hour. Craig even saw that there was a wheelchair in my house and suggested a faucet that would be easier for a person in a wheelchair to use. I was very pleased and impressed Five stars for sure.
