    cleaning drain

    I had a clog in my downstairs drain. Not only did Michael of Waterworks arrive on time, but he cleaned up afterwards. He also told me various steps so as not to have a clog again. Its not often that a contractor takes the time to help with advising on preventative maintenance.

    Clogged toilet (eventual replacement)

    I was pleased with the prompt service, willingness to find a convenient time in a narrow window of opportunity, and clarity of explanation from the service person. I had a clogged toilet, rather old, and the service person gave me a range of options, explaining fully what would be involved in each one. In the end, given that the toilet was old and various bits needed to be replaced anyway, I elected to replace the whole thing. This was much more than I'd expected to spend on a clogged toilet, but I think a pretty good outcome all things considered. The entire visit took less than 2 hours, including assessment, exploration, and, of course, installing the new toilet. I would use this company again, but of course, I hope I won't have to!

    garberator installation

    Our family has been using Water works plumbing for over 11 years now.They are always punctual,dependable,honest and reasonable. our garberator finally quit and water works came over to our home and tried everything to to get it working. Our only choice was to either remove it or replace it. We opted for the new Evolution Pro model. Now I know why the manufacturer called it the Evolution Pro.It is extremley powerful and is so quiet you can barely hear it when it's working. Water works is the Uber plumbing service in my expert opinion. Thank you for being there for us. Jack

    drain

    Good service, quick solving the problem with my drain in the shower. Only concern is that they can't make it on time. Not really a big deal to me, because I'm home all the time.

    bent faucet pipe in shower

    I called Terry this morning because my wife fell in the shower, bending the faucet pipe. Within a few hours Michael showed up and within minutes the problem was resolved. We also received some quotes for other plumbing work. He could not have been nicer and his expertise made the experience a joy. Definitely someone going into our address book!

    Replace existing bathtub faucet and shower head.

    The service person, Josh, conducted his assessment in a professional and timely manner. I am happy with the final repairs - I would consider using this service again in the future.

    Kitchen faucet install

    The faucet was leaking for sometime and I searched online and I found waterworks. I booked the appointment at night and the come first thing in the morning and did a good job. but they were very expensive. cost me 544+tax to replace the faucet.

    Unclogging toilet

    My toilet was clogged with a small plastic toy which got stuck deep in the pipe, waterworks came over and unclogged the toilet quickly with no extra fees. I would recommend this service to others with any plumbing or drainage problems.

    Leaky bathtub

    Craig was very helpful fixing our leaky bathtub. He spent a lot of time with us explaining our options and now the bathtub does not leak into the front hall! Thank you WaterWorks!

    Winterization and kitchen faucet repair

    Since I have been back from the United States we have found Waterworks. They are our go to source for all plumbing related needs whether it be a quick fix or preparing our home for the winter season. Our calls are responded to with efficiency and politeness. It has been a great experience to date and we are comfortable to call with all our needs. Today was the perfect example!! Jen
