    toilet leaking

    Water Works thank you for coming out to take care of my toilet and bathtub. I have called on this this company in the past with success. They show up when they say they will and do the work they say they will. They always give me an Upfront price and the staff is friendly and approachable.

    Main sewage line block

    Very thorough and friendly service. Came and looked at the problem, offered advice and got on with the job. Took care with protecting the furnishings, and extremely clean - even wearing protective shoe covers.

    Water ionizer installation

    Once again, I used Michael and his team at WaterWorks to install a water filtration system in my home. Michael contacted the manufacturer to get specific install instructions, he was fast, efficient and courteous. Highly recommended, you will get great service.

    Replace spout on tub

    WaterWorks were quick to schedule an appointment with me when I called in. They were responsive and called in the morning to let me know the ETA and name of the plumber. They also sent through a photo of the plumber so I would have visual recognition when he arrived. The cost was reasonable and the service was quick, friendly and well done. I was provided with a quote on the cost and the plumber had the part in his truck so was able to replace it during the first appointment. Great service.

    Backed-up kitchen sink

    Sink was clogged. Called up Water Works - they sent over a technician. Josh told us what the issue was and explained how we could go about fixing it. He was fast, efficient, and kind. I'd definitely recommend him.

    new faucet for salon

    One of my hair washing station faucets ruptured and caused some leakage. Glad to have been there when it happened. Luckily we knew Water Works Plumbing, we called them and they were able to come out immediately. This happened on a Friday - one of our busiest days, we were very happy to be back up and running that afternoon. Thanks again Mike @ Water Works for the great service.     Toilet replacement

    My toilet was making strange noises and wasn't flushing properly. I contacted WaterWorks for help. The plumber (Craig) who came out was efficient and checked out my toilet thoroughly. He presented different options to me and was up front about pricing. Craig's work was exceptional. And he cleaned up afterwards!

    faucet change and flush system

    technician came on time and did the work i paid up and he left. very efficient . Gave cost first and gave us time to decide. Also checked other possible problems.

    leak

    Josh came to my place, fixed up the leak i wanted fixed nicely and also fixed some other ones i didnt know about. His service was fast and efficient and he even covered his shoes so he didnt dirty my floor. I suggest you give josh a raise!

    Bath faucet serviced

    A few days ago, we noticed our bath faucet wouldn't reach a nice hot temperature and when in use it would make a knocking sound. (It scared me enough to find a good plumber). I searched the internet for a better business bureau accredited company and Waterworks came up. I gave them a call and set up an appointment for the next day. The secretary emailed me a picture of the person who was sent to service my bath before he arrived which was nice although perhaps unnecessary when you can't miss the huge decals and rubber duckie on the service truck. No doubt he's the plumber! Craig was professional, polite and took time to answer all my questions and concerns. He was even very nice to my 5 year old son who kept following him and calling him Mario (the plumber from the super mario bros videogame). He assessed the problem and the pricing was all standard, derived from a large binder he had. Thanks for fixing my bath!
