It's easy to say someone did a great job and that everything is wonderful. While I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done, my comments should be viewed in the context of the fact that it did not necessarily start out that way. There was an initial miscommunication regarding when someone would be coming. When I called to see what had happened, I was quickly assured that it would be set right, and that someone would be there at MY earliest convenience. Fast forward a day to courteous and personable Craig arriving at my door exactly when promised. Not only did he quickly identify the problem, he thoughtfully tackled an unexpected wrinkle in the plumbing works. As a teacher, I was very appreciative of his clear explanation (and hand-drawn diagram) of the challenges of our previous-owner- multi-renovated-DIY-plumbing disaster and provided some options for a cost effective solution that we could look into in the future if we decided to address the bigger issues that our system faces. It was an educational discussion, but there was absolutely NO pressure to sign up to have the work done now. I was also impressed by his problem solving abilities and wanted to acknowledge that we are lucky to have people like Craig realizing the value of working in this trade. He went the extra mile (or in this case 45 feet beyond the minimum required distance to snake) to ensure that not only the immediate problem was addressed, but that future issues might be avoided. If the other team members of WaterWorks are as effective as Craig, then this company is doing a much needed job of elevating the perception of the plumbing trade. So the next time you have a plumbing problem, call the company with a DUCK on the side of their truck, not a baby. What do babies know anything about plumbing anyway? : ) I would easily recommend WaterWorks to anyone. Thank you Craig and the WaterWorks team!
