    Fixing our leaky hot water tank

    My wife and I are first time home owners and Have recently started a music school in Leslieville. Our day seemed to have started off with problem after problem and the last thing we needed was a flooded music school. When a nice fellow by the name of Michael Yuffa came to fix our problem- I don't think we could have asked for a more friendly Plumber. He made us feel like our huge problem wasn't so bad after all and that" it was just a small bump in the road on your way to being home owners". His service was quick and accurate so we could get on with the rest of our day and have our music school open for business. I would recommend Michael Yuffa and his team to anyone that has a plumbing problem. At our music school we strive to give high quality instruction with friendly service and I always expect that with anyone I work with. I definitely got that with (The water works plumbing)

    no hot water in shower

    i lived in a condo for 2 years, and there were no hot water in one of my bathroom. so..I called waterworks, and they got the problem fixed right away! good job!

    faucet repairs

    Again Michael saved the day, we have used this company for over 10 years now. Our builder put in fancy faucets in our bathroom and the parts are very hard to find,but Michael found them. Although we had to wait a week he found the parts and saved the day. Great service as always!!! Alysse and family

    Toilet Replacement

    We had water coming from our bathroom through our kitchen ceiling, and we needed a plumber right away. WaterWorks soon sent their employee of the month, Josh, who immediately determined that we had a leaky toilet. He discussed our options with us, and we decided to replace the old and inefficient toilet rather than repair a toilet that we would probably need to replace soon anyway. Josh worked quickly and cheerfully, and we had a new toilet within a couple of hours. We are very satisfied, and would definitely call WaterWorks again!

    Inspection of Hot water heater

    We hired Water Works back in 2007 to install our water heater.We called them back again to check out our heater because we thought we were not getting enough hot water.They came out and checked the electronics and everything was fine-Lots of hot water.They actually care and followed up with us.Highly Recomended!

    Dishwasher installation

    I wanted a fast (emergency) installation on a Sunday. Looked up waterworks on google, called them, Craig came to install my dishwasher in less than 2 hours. Excellent service, perfect installation. Highly recommended.

    new sewer and water main

    I was reffered to Water Works by a friend and I am very pleased with the results. Being a designer and contractor I know that they did an excellent job. The work was done in a timely manner which allowed me to meet a deadline. Michael also ran a new water service into our house. It was great that they came out on Labour Day and started their work.     Several repairs in master bathroom

    The worth of a company is how they handle unforseen problems. And Craig and Waterworks outdid themselves. Some of the issues were my misunderstaning as to what to order and some had to do with Home Depot which sold me an incomplete showerhead set To Jennifer, Michael, Terry, and especially Craig: One big thank you!     Repair Toilet Leakage Problem

    Previous contractor messed up the job. Called WaterWorks and received fast, competent and courteous service. Really liked the followup service which was very well handled. Was not pressured into work that really did not need to be done. Very professional. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbling done.

    Gasket leak in toilet, full toilet service

    Michael was very helpful, friendly, and prompt! Very upfront about the cost, thorough in his assessment of the problem and in ensuring his repair had fixed the issue - even though it meant waiting for approval to enter another suite in the condo to inspect his work from below. Highly recommended and will definitely use WaterWorks again!
