    Clogged Kitchen Sink, new faucets, and other repairs

    I was very happy with the level of professionalism and service. Craig was good at explaining the problem and possible solutions, even to my 4 year-old son. I would call on Water Works again if needed.

    Storm drain

    We had an issue with our main storm drain for some time and had several plumbers look into it. Off hand, their only solution was an expensive excavate & replace. We then had Michael and Craig from WaterWorks come in. On their initial visit itself, they spent over an hour explaining to us the possible issues, the various solutions along with the fixed upfront cost for each & the best cost-effective approach to tackle it. We went ahead with Waterworks. They diligently completed the work in a thorough professional, trustworthy and friendly manner. I would certainly use them again and would highly recommend WaterWorks. It is a pleasure to deal with a company that has a strong commitment to customer service.

    Toilet valve/inside mechanism replacement

    We use them all the time for the same reason: Professional, honest, reliable, polite. Craig came to do the job this time. He was very knowledgeable, and assessed the situation quickly. He was able to assess, quote and do the job exactly as he said he would. I would highly recommend the service, and especially their service man Craig. He knows his stuff for a young professional! Highly recommended. We will definitely be using Water Works once again, and would definitely be requesting Craig come back. Jamie & Elise.

    Heat Pump Drain Issues

    Water works was easy to deal with on the phone, a professional looking technician named Craig showed up to diagnose the problem. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, even with issues that weren't even related to the main visit purpose. I would recommend this company and especially this technician to anyone with any plumbing issues.

    Leaking toilet

    We had a leak in our basement toilet, a fairly new toilet. We called Water Works based on its rating on Home Stars. Mike came out on time, reviewed the problem, quoted us a few different options. He had the right parts on the truck, installed them and resolved the problem. Three weeks later, and all is great. Thanks Mike for the prompt, friendly service!

    Shower faucet repair

    Very helpful and careful. Explained the problem exactly and the cost. Then picked up the parts and fixed everything in 1 morning. Overall, am very satisfied. Did a much better job than my previous plumber who installed the shower faucet.

    Installing a back-up sump pump system and battery kit and fixing a faucet

    I have had close to 10 plumbers do work on my home over the the last 10 years and, so far, WaterWorks has been the best of the bunch. I live in an area of Toronto where basements often get flooded so I chose to add a back-up sump pump to my basement unit. I also had a faucet in my kitchen which had broken. Michael responded to my call within the same day and easily accommodated my schedule. His manner was courteous and professional. He explained in clear terms what he would do and his rates. He completed the job within a couple of hours and cleaned up thoroughly. Everything is working perfectly and I have the peace of mind of knowing my basement is protected from flooding. I would highly recommend WaterWorks.

    new shut off valve installed

    Really nice service. No pushy sales techniques. Offered helpful advice about other projects - even when it was clear we were going to do it ourselves. Let us watch over his shoulder and explained his work as he went along, because we were curious and interested.

    clogged drain

    We have had a clogged drain that has been a problem for a few years. Several different plumbers have come through and done quck fixes. WaterWorks spent over two hours diligently sourcing out the problem and making a thorough effort to solve the problem. They were upfront about pricing and treated the rest of my house with care. Thank you Water Works!

    Leaky Toilet

    Had a toilet that was leaking all over the bathroom floor. Called up Water works and was able to get an appointment with a few days. Upon arrival they were very professional and friendly. They clearly explained my options and what needed to be fixed. They were in an out in 20 minutes. Highly recommended.
