    Remove and reiinstall Garberator

    Michael is wonderful plumber to have on your home service team.Water works installed a new garberator 2 years ago and it suddenly started making an afwful noise so I called them up and he arrived within 2 hours.He removed the garberator and found a screw that was making a grinding noise.The screw that he found came from the dishwasher that was installed by one of the major service providers here in Toronto.I wish I would have used Water Works to do my dishwasher install and this would have never happened! Alan and Alysse . Ps they really really care about their customer service :)

    Replaced bathtub faucet

    Was delighted with the quality of workmanship and the prompt turn around time from when the appt was made to when the service was completed. Not only did Michael and Craig fix our bathtub controls, they were a pleasure to have in our home. Would certainly use them again.

    Rebuild tub faucet

    My tub was leaking for several weeks and i called in waterworks to send Micheal, a plumber to fix the problem. Professional job, quick, easy as well as friendly. The tub faucet is properly working as intended. Thanks, Micheal!

    Outdoor taps

    We have been having problems with the outdoor hose attachments on both of our outdoor taps. The attachments that came with the house broke and we could not remove them. We were not sure if it needed to be replace. Bottom line is we knew it was a simple job so luckily it was covered under the flat rate. This however is the seond time I have used WaterWorks and I did not get around to writing a review the first time. On the first visit I had 2 clogged drains and a small leak in one of the bathroom toliets. Both times they showed up on time. They were clean,courteous and give you lots of preventive advice. The flat rate charge lets you know what you are paying with no surprises. On today visit Michael even fixed my backyard gate, which I thought I would have to replace. WaterWorks will be who I call.

    water on floor in bathroom

    the tech arrived, pointed out the cause as high condensation due to weather and not to worry,Just monitor but likely no cause for concern. Very respectful and Knowledgeable (wore shoe covers) Fixed another problem with a faucet Have already recommended the company and my friend was most pleased

    Kitchen drain replacement

    WaterWorks did a fantastic, quick and efficient job replacing my faucet. True to their advertising, they fully quoted me the price prior the job starting, and the quote was from a binder with flat rates for all services. Michael was a very knowledgeable and friendly plumber, who actually repaired pre-existing problems with the old faucet installation. The new faucet works flawlessly. Booking the appointment was very easy and quick as well!

    Strange smell in the Bathroom

    I called WaterWorks for a strange smell in one of my unused bathrooms - I was really worried about mold or leaky pipes. Mike quickly clarified that this odour was from the non-use of the fixtures and idle water sitting in the drains. I also had some problems with the builder installed toilets which Mike gave me various options/quotes to deal with. Very courteous, friendly, and professional service.

    Two leaking taps.

    I had two faulty taps that were fixed in June 2011. After the repair was done the hot water was no longer that hot in my bathroom shower. Michael came back at my convenience (which was a month later) and fixed it - so as of today I can get scalding hot water once again :) And both taps are perfect now! I thought the cost of the jobs were a bit pricey (very few parts, 1.5 hours work and a total bill of $716) but the follow up to the subsequent problem was great. I will definitely consider them for future work because of the amazing follow up.

    install dishwasher & facet

    our dishwasher broke down last week and we had very little hot water coming from our kitchen tap.My wife called in Water Works Plumbing and they showed up on time and fixed up everything and cleaned up.We now have the new Bosch dishwasher intalled and new faucet with plenty of hot water.Thanks guys,Paul in the Beaches

    Plumbing on leaky faucet + toilet

    Great service, prompt and very friendly. Came in for a leaky faucet and leaking toilet. I was worried about the potentially high costs because of the strange set-up in my wash-room but with flat-rate pricing on each job and up front pricing guide, I got to review the various options for the work that was going to be done and make a cost-effective decision. Professional service- I highly recommend them!
