    install new shower faucet

    I'm glad this work is completed.Our 25 year old faucet could not be serviced and the cartridge was seized.So we were referred by a friend and we are very pleased with water works skills.Thank you from the Ash Family in North York.

    Faulty Toilet

    I had a leak in the ceiling in the living room and called a couple of plumbing companies listed here and with higher ratings. I was met with the same indifference when I asked a question about the drywall that they would have to cut into, especially from one who said, "Er, Sir, we're a plumbing company, not a drywall company". Yes, it was true, but someone in my field who doesn't have to deal with ceilings or walls etc is just looking for information, WITHOUT the attitude. Anyhow. My experience with Waterworks was simple. I called, was met with a very polite person who scheduled my appointment and answered all my mundane questions. Mike showed up on time and did a thorough analysis and found the issue to be a faulty toilet. Mike gave me all the options ranging from fixing the existing toilet to installing a brand new one and I always got the impression that it was totally my call and not some heavy handed sales push. Mike takes great pride in his work and also on the customer experience and it comes across loud and clear. He went above and beyond also caulking areas in my other washroom just as a precaution only because he saw it and had a caulking gun handy. Not what you usually expect. I would recommend WaterWorks anytime and especially have Mike whose attention to detail was superb. Thanks!

    Evaluate plumbing & drainage

    Knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful, Water Works is a company that I would recommend to anyone needing plumbing work done at their home. I called Water Works after another local company was extremely unprofessional and am really happy with the work they have done and their wonderful customer service. Mike showed up and did an in-depth assessment of our plumbing, gave us some options to choose from and solved our problems. I couldn't be more pleased. I will call Water Works if I have any plumbing needs in the future.

    Installed faucets, replaced main line valve, replace 4 turn off/on valves inside and outside of house.

    Michael came out - he is polite and a professional. He completed a variety of jobs; installing faucets, replacing our main water valve and four other inside and outside shut off valves. Excellent work - very much a professional and worth the value. I have a great deal of confidence in Michael so much so that we have signed up for their service plan. I will definetely have Michael come out again for our next plumbing tasks which will include replacing the toilets and a tub. On time - Excellent Work. Thanks to Michael and his team.     No Hot Water

    Waterworks Company was highly recommended by my next door neighbor. I also found the phone representative was very helpful and the plumber that was sent to my home was wonderful, I would suggest this company to others.

    leaky Toilet and Faucet

    Discovered the leak in the faucet yesterday... Toilet was going for a while. Called at 8 in the morning and had an appt. for just after 5:00 that night from work.. Courtesy call came in just before Michael showed up. Personal knowledgeable and friendly. Even decided to get another valve when not convinced he liked the first one out of the box! Problem solved

    Severely clogged drain of sink with garbage disposer

    We've known Michale and his crew for nearly eight years. We're heavy users of a kitchen garbage disposer and that seems to have created recurring severe clogs about 20 to 50 feet down the sewage system. This time we replaced the disposer with a high-end unit, which explains the total cost of this service call. Always, WaterWorks has done the job to a "T". Prompt. Neat. Polite.Super competent. And fair pricing. By "fair", I mean "value for the money" - not "cheap".

    Repair a leaking drain and replace a bathtub shower diverter

    This is the second time I have used the services of WaterWorks Plumbing, and once again I am very satisfied with their service. They arrive when they say they will, and even call you when the plumbing professional is on their way to your home. They arrive with all the necessary parts, give you a fixed price up front before any work begins. This is an outstanding business approach, it means you will never have one of those "this is going to cost more" moments. They are very professional, offer water savings advice and answer any plumbing related questions or concerns. So not only do they perform the work, they act as a plumbing consultant for any future work you may have in mind. This is the only plumbing company I will ever use!

    Clogged toilet.

    Michael arrived on time and was very pleasant. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new toilet right away. He was extremely courteous and respectful and engerndered a sense of trust. There was no attempt to sell - repair and replace options were presented in easy to understand terms. I would definitely call Waterworks again - although I hope I don't have to!

    water and ice maker connection

    Waterwork came in to service our fridge. They were quick on getting the job done. Our company would reconkened waterwork to other companies , I would keep waterwork in mind for my personal needs.
