    Water Heater Repair

    Very happy with their service. Fixed my leaking tankless hot water heater - had to order in a new part, kept us updated on the status of the part and took the time to contact the heater manufacturer to ensure that installation of the new part was done correctly. Would recommend!

    Clogged toilet

    Service was great. They were available right away, they were here when they said they would, and took no time at all. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs the job done right.

    Fix water cartridges on 2 showers,

    I have 2 showers that had faulty water cartridges which limited me from using the shower head. I called around to a lot of places, but WaterWorks was friendly, fast, and they had their service men come out the same day! Just as an aside, I have a dryer that stopped working a week prior because of a misaligned tumbler due to a missing screw, and they were generous enough to take a look at it, find a screw in their truck and fix it for me free of charge! If I ever have another plumbing issue at all I will be sure to call them, they are very friendly and clear about pricing, there were no hidden fees and they were up front straight from the get go. Excellent work.

    plugged sink and tub

    Lived with the above issue for 2 weeks. Called this company and they came right away. Very pleasant service men to deal with. They found the problem and fixed it and made me a very happy customer!

    the project , product and service were all extremely excellent

    I was greeted by two friendly plumbers and they did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done, how it would be done and how much everything would cost. If i ever had a plumbing problem in the future I would not hesitate to contact them again.

    main shut off valve

    The company arrived promptly. They used booties to protect our flooring. They worked quickly and efficently. They cleaned up after themselves. Their pricing was upfroont and clear. They were willing to patiently discuss the concerns that I was having with my plumbing. I would definitley use them again and recommend them to others:)

    Toilet Repair

    Used Water Works May 18, 2011, which I found on the Internet. We needed the company warehouse toilet replaced. Michael suggested it could be repair or he could replace the unit. I found the service Michael performed very professional and he was very present and responsive to our urgent repair needs. Good job Michael

    Sump Pump Repair

    During the night our sump pump motor burned out causing some minor flooding in the basement. We found WaterWorks Plumbing online and immediately called. The operator ensured someone would call first thing in the moring to schedule an appointment. They were prompt at returning the call for an appointment and our technician arrived sooner than scheduled which was amazing. He was courteous and respectful, and replaced the sump pump in a timely fashsion. I would highly recommend this company and the service was very professional and efficient.

    Main water valve

    I`m so happy with the prompt response of Water Works when I called them and they sent the master plumber, Mike, who came right away and did a very good job changing our old leaking main water valve. I would highly recommend the company to my friends and relatives. Actually, they were not the first plumbing company I called for the job, I phoned Drain Works who advised me to call the city of Vaughan to shut off the water outside,, but when I called them back they told me they will send somebody the next day which means we will have to deal without water the whole night. I was so mad and decided to look for another company then I came across The Water Works. Thank you once again Mike for the job well done, I`m impressed!

    Kitchen plumbing

    Kitchen plumbing leak fixed professionally and timely. I would definitely recommend Water Works Canada. Very pleasant expereince especially with the recommendation of reducing the grease build up by using an environmentally friendly product.
