    Drain and Toilet

    I had a toilet that started leaking and a drain that was emitting foul odours and looked like it would back-up. Michael from The Water Works was dispatched very quickly. He did all the work necessary within a few hours. He wore booties in the house and cleaned up after the work was done. He also left me with valuable information regarding future problems should they arise. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great serve and workmanship.

    Sump Pump

    We had a cast iron new sump pump installed in the basement. Mike was professional and polite with a good plumbing knowledge. He wore covers on his shoes when walking through the house, and he was helpful to assist with ideas for the plumbing of an upcoming bathroom renovation. I would not hesitate to call back Mike for future jobs. Thank you!

    Plumbing Services

    Excellent Service. Called yesterday - they showed up on time and were absolutely great! Would definitely use these folks again. Suggested a number of alternatives and were helpful in assisting me to choose the right one.

    Toilet repair

    Michael is very friendly and great at what he does! He took a quick look at my toilet and knew right away what he needed to fix. He also told me that the repair would take at least 1 hour but fortunately he fixed it a lot faster than the expected time. It was also very convenient that he had all the right parts for the repair since I know nothing about purchasing the right parts! The toilet is the only toilet in our apartment so I was very grateful that Michael arrived within an hour of calling the company. Overall, excellent service!

    Kitchen Sink Clog

    After 3 attempts to control the problem ourselves with various Drano products & my husband snaking the drain, we still had a serious clog. We called Water Works due to the prior reviews. Michael came out promptly, actually he was 10 minutes early, but the office had called before to let me know when he should arrive & even had provided me with his name so I knew who to expect at the door. Really important since I was home with baby & could plan around the call. He was fast, efficient service & cleaned up after himself. He was knowledgeable & even spoke to my husband on the phone & explained the work he was doing & the quote he had provided me with . Would recommend this company for sure.

    Plumbing Repairs

    Mike was knowledgeable and diagnosed problems immediately. He solved all the problems quickly and skillfully. He was very helpful in indicating the source of the leaks and how to deal with the sprinkler system contractor.

    blocke kitchen line

    I was in a trouble with my kichen sink with the help of my brother who found Water works and we are really really satisified and the the service was on time and now \i can go to work.\\\thank you!

    faucet repair/searching for a leak

    Although my problem was not fixed, the company does uphold their reputation "You're Happy Or You Don't Pay." That very motto earned them my review of a 10. If your unhappy/unsatisfied they will refund your money. I would also Like to express my thanks to Michael Yuffa, who reads the comments of his customers seriously and tries his best to solve any issues that arise.

    Drain was backed up in the kitchen, which was backing up the garberator.

    I was extrememly impressed with the quality of the service from WaterWorks. I called the company on a friday at 5 pm and within half an hour, the serviceman named George arrived. He was extremely professional and thorough and spent 2 hours fixing the drain. He then cleaned up the mess he made which I have never seen done from other plumbing companies. Two weeks later I had another problem with the garberator (that was unrelated to the first problem). Again, I called the company on a Sunday and sure enough, early Monday morning George arrived again and fixed the problem. I know that this company emplyees honest, hardworking people and I would highly recommend anyone to use them. Thanks for all your great work!

    Fixed dishwasher water line

    Michael was great. He came right away and fixed this problem after the cold water was routed to the dishwasher (not the hot). He also fixed a leaking valve while he was there.
