    Blogged kitchen sink

    The job done by Michael was exceptional. He arrived on time, and finished the job in less than hour. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you very much.

    Water filter installation

    He was on time and very quick. More important he did a great job on installing the filter. He did the installation at my parents place too few months ago. In general, we are very satisfied with the service.

    Snaking drains and cleaning out clog

    We reviewed Homestars to make a decision for a Plumber and are so happy we did. We called Water Works, made an appointment for the next day, received a call to let us know exactly when the Plumber was coming, and he was right on time. Michael was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and I felt well taken care of by his service and professionalism. I definately recommend this company and will use them again when needed.

    rebuild 2 tub faucet and install tub faucet

    My husband tried to fix this after I threatened him so he called in Water Works and tjhey fixed the problem. Great service!! I would recommend this swervice to anyone. The service was impressive, especially on a Sunday

    Basement drains

    I requested a quote from waterworks for some basement drain work. Scheduling was quick and the customer service provided by Michael and Jean was great. Michael called to resolve some issues I had with the original quote and worked hard to ensure all my concerns were addressed.

    toilet repairs

    The service was prompt...same day and very friendly. The job was done quickly and our service man Michael was very nice. I would highly recomend calling this company. Thanks to Jean in the office...she was great!

    drain and faucet

    Hi everybody, I discovered a problem with my bathroom sink and called promptly. Jean said she'd have an answer about service within 10 minutes. I got a call-back within ten minutes(that's really good). The gentleman (Mike) actually showed up earlier than I was told (that's really good). Mike is Very Professional. He offered a quick assessment of problem. He had all materials on hand (so no waiting, that's great!)Fantastic service! I am very pleased with everything that happened this evening! Usually plumbers are given a bad rap....not tonight! Not with Waterworks. Thank you Mike, Jean and Waterworks! Bill Bistak

    Extremely blocked kitchen drain

    Dear Everyone at Waterworks, Thank you very much for saving the day. You guys were great and came in on the holiday Monday. My kitchen drain was blocked up and Michael gave me a firm, upfront quote which was very reasonable. Even though there was a lot more work involved, he never increased his quote and remained calm all the way through the call. Clearly, these guys are very professional and have integrity. I would highly recommend and use them again. Thank you very much from BK and Family.

    Dishwasher removal and installation

    What sets Waterworks apart for me is the customer service. After my initial call, they follow up to confirm details and give me a 2-hour service window. They were right on time with the service call, the plumber was friendly and they were in and out quickly. I'll be using them again if we have any issues with other appliances or pipes.

    All plumbing services

    We've been customers of WaterWorks Canada since 1999 (before the name changed), and have always been more than satisfied with the expertise and helpfulness of the staff. Installations, repairs, warranty replacements, or emergency calls: they've all been handled promptly, courteously, and at reasonable cost. We particularly recommend the free annual inspections available under the Platinum Protection Plan, which we signed up for from the start: over the years it's added up to very substantial savings. (The figure shown above--Homestars insists on having a number--is our approximate savings on the most recent call.) Keep up the good work, Michael!
