    blocked drain

    Jean in the office returned my call very promptly and confirmed same day service. A window of 12-3 was given with a promise of 45 minute call so I wouldn't have to wait at home all day. Jean called as promised and Michael arrived before noon. Put on his booties and immediately got to work after he advised me of the price for work to be done. Problem was rectified in short time and I was extremely pleased with the level of professional service. I will not hesitate to use or recommend Waterworks again.

    Leaking water pipe for washroom basin

    Jean and George were both very friendly and you could tell they genuinely wanted to help with my problem before, during and after the house visit. So for customer service, I would definitely rank these guys very high. Quality of work and ability/willingness to answer my questions were all great. The sole reason for the 9 though is that their prices definitely are on the high side. Having done a leaky pipe repair in my furnace room a year earlier from Direct Energy, I know the Water Works price was almost double for what was pretty comparable amount of work. The desire to please the customer was much greater with WaterWorks, that's for sure, but is that worth the far greater price? You decide.

But,if you were to shop and compare the cost of the job that we did you would find that our prices are very much in line with everyone else's and sometimes even lower.     toilet rebuild - nosy everything

    Michael and Eli came in to repair a scary toilet situation that was thumping and humming through my entire condo and I'm so thankful. It was such a relief and they were a pleasure to deal with. In and out in an hour I'm so glad we called them. We'd refer them to anyone and certainly call again. Thanks Water Works!!

    Leaky pipe repair

    We had a leak in our basement ceiling and Michael was able to quickly determine the source, explain the necessary repairs and provide a written quote. Both Michael and George were very polite and they left the area very clean. I would definitely use them again.

    Water Line for Fridge

    The services were very quick and efficient and the gentleman were very pleasant and friendly. I would give a 11 for work but it only goes to 10. The fridge line was needed due to the purchase of a new fridge that needed the line hooked up...this is finally done and I can enjoy my nice cold drinks going forward. Thanks Val

    remove old dishwasher and install new

    Michael was fantastic! He was polite, kind, professional and super friendly. He removed and installed the dishwasher in good time. I would definitely recommend him to others. Thank you very much waterworks!

    older plumbing repair

    Early morning plumbing emergency! I called Jean and she had Michael come right away. Excellent, prompt service. Michael was courteous and completed the repair in a timely fashion. Would definitely call them again!

    Drain Problem

    What appeared to be a minor drain issue turned into a difficult fix owing to poor renovation decisions made by the previous home owner. Michael had to diagnose and reach the problem by 3 different approaches. His determination and perseverance toward solving the issue showed the character of himself and his company. Honest, professional & friendly. I'm very glad I called WaterWorks and won't hesitate to do so again.

    Leaking bathtub faucet

    Phoned Waterworks and Jean was great - answering all of my questions and took away my anxiety. Very comforting. Then Michael showed up - early even! - and was completely professional. Gave me a couple of options and helped me decide the best course of action. Job was completed that day and I was very happy with the results. Aleady know that I will recommend Waterworks to others.

    Kitchen tap repair

    Very quick turnaround from service request to showing up and fixing my tap. Price was fair and work was done well and explained properly. Thanks again for the efficient service. Will definitely use again.
