    Broken radiator - no heating

    A very old radiator in the basement cracked and then started to pour water all over the floor!!! Michael arrived early on the day of the repair and he and his partner set to work right away and had the job finished very quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and respectful of our home. I would not hesitate to call these guys again or recommend them to anyone else who needed a plumber.

    Leaky pipe

    My tenant found a leak in his ceiling this morning and after a very pleasant call with Jean in their office, Michael from WaterWorks was at at my house shortly after 3pm, at the very beginning of the call window (much appreciated!)After giving me a very fair quote,he explained what had caused the problem and did the work neatly and quickly. His years of experience were evident and I felt like my house and I were in good hands. Having worked with a lot of contractors, it was clear that Michael and WaterWorks have a serious commitment to making their clients happy -- not just satisfied, but genuinely happy, in the kind of way that makes you not feel so bad about waking up to find that you have a messy and expensive leak in your pipes. Michael went out of his way to make sure that the area was cleaned up very well (I think it was cleaner after than before) and was extremely pleasant to work with. I would definitely use WaterWorks again for other plumbing jobs and would happily recommend them to friends. All contractors should care this much.

    Pinhole Leak

    We were in a bind and found a problem leak. Waterworks came within an hour ... found the problem and fixed it on the spot. Very creative, professional and I would highly recommend them.

    Water leak in washroom

    Quick, clean, courteous....very friendly and effiecent. Mike and George(I believe) came in, trouble-shot the leak and had it fix in a matter of an hour. With out and ripping and tearing. Definitely would recommend!

    replaced main water valves

    We call the city to Toronto to close the water on Monday and they never showed up. They finally showed up on Tuesday and waterworks came to replaced all the water valves so we can have better water pressure in the home. I wish the city was as good as Water Works Plumbing. We are always happy to have this company service as it's the best of the best.

    Shower Repair

    The plumber arrived on time at exactly 9.30am. Worked quickly to resolve the issue with the shower and even fixed some additional issues that were not the reason for calling him out. All of this at no extra cost. Great and very friendly service.

    hidden leak in wall

    We live our home in Whitby for 6 years now.We discovwered a leak onto our living room floor after installing new bamboo flooring.My wife found Water works plumbing adn they came promptly.They found a drill hole in our drain stack that was there since new.The drywsall contractor drilled a hole right into the pipe and then proceeded to fill it with drywall compound.It lated for 6 years and then let go. Mike and George got to it quickly and properly fixed what should have been done years ago.Thanks Guys.

    replaced 5 toilets

    we have been living in a custom built home for 5 years. having high expectations to see beautiful work done to the house we came to realize that unfortunatly the builders thought to take the cheaper way out and supplied us with toilets that began to fall apart. Due to poor quality we are experiencing a lot of problems in our home. Thankfully we came into contact with Water Works and they have been very helpful and solved all other problems they found.

    replace toilets and fix toilets

    micheal was very personable, honest and really knew his stuff. I had a lot of little issues from 20 years of neglecting my toilets, yet he was quick to point out what didn't need replacement immediately so that I could save some money.

    Sewer Gas

    We'd had a slowly worsening bad smell in our basement for a month or two. A WaterWorks technician confirmed it was sewer gas causing our bad smell, and quickly identified the potential sources of the problem and explained clearly how to deal with the issue. After following his instructions, the problem was completely (and easily) solved. He was friendly and knowledgeable, clean and professional. I'd recommend WaterWorks to a friend based on the experience.
