    Toilet replacement

    Wow who would have though? All I had was a 1 drop leak from the toilet tank, not thinking anything major was wrong, I went to work at 8am and came back home at 4pm only to see that there was a puddle of water in my garage, water had started to soak through my floor in the bathroom all the way down to the garage.One call is all it took to get these guys to my home in under 45mins. Jeff was very polite and knowledgeable,he quickly identified the problem and offered solutions.

    Bathroom & Kitchen Fix-ups

    We had 2 jobs we needed looking after: Our basement toilet was leaking from the base, and our Kitchen sink cold-water shutoff value was leaking. Got a scheduled time slot quickly, and Michael showed up on time. Good start! He priced out what would be needed to be done, and while it was more then expected (when is a repair/replacement less then expected ;), the job was done well, cleanly and quickly. Michael was super nice, and I really felt that he knew what he was doing, and that he was doing it properly and professionally. I would recommend them, and him, to anyone else looking for service that they can feel comfortable with.

    Install water meter

    I needed a neat job in a finished part of the basement. They arrived on time and did a great job. They even picked up the meter for me. This was a miscommunication that I was required to get the meter from the city.

    plumbing kitchen, hot water tank, vanity

    The plumber was friendly, fast and knowledgeable! We will continue to use Water Works Plumbers for any other plumbing needs! We will also recommend Water Works plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work done.

    Replace Moen shower faucet cartridge

    I called Water Works after spending 4 hours trying to remove the cartridge in our shower faucet. We were without water and in need of some expert help. Water Works came within the hour as promised. The diagnosis was that after 10+ years the cartridge had literally fused itself to the housing barrel. If the cartridge could not be removed the alternative was to make a hole in the outer wall and replace the whole tap and redo the plumbing. An expensive proposition. My efforts probably made it more difficult for Michael to get the job done. However he persisted and we were able to avoid the more expensive repair. Michael was courteous and professional at all times. Many thanks for a job well done.

    Kitchen pipes

    We had the valves under the sink replaced because they were leaking. Had the leak continued it could have been disaterous, but thanks to the quick response of Water Works the problem was fixed in less than an hour. The service was great and friendly. Thank you

    Hot water dispenser replacement

    Jeff came pretty much on time which to me is very important. He was curtious, nice, informative, and picky. He made sure everything was put in safely, that it was a clean job, and that everything he did was oked by us. He did a perfect job!! Excellent work!! Definetly recommend!!

    Drain clean

    Drain blockage problem which was responded to promptly. They came faster than initially promised! They were neat, protected floors before working, had the right equipment and used it quickly and effectively. System was back in working order in good time and minor cutting required was repaired. Even gave good advice on how to prevent recurrence.

    kitchen sink drain replacement

    Very kind relative did a quick plumbing favour for me that went very wrong. After years of living with the problem, Michael and Jeff fixed it in no time at all. Sudden drain replacement a huge success! 4 stars.

    Plumbing problem - Leaking Shower

    My wife and I recently moved into our new home and soon discovered we were also buying into some plumbing problems the previous owner had left behind. Thankfully, there’s been nothing serious so far, but the first inconvenience was a dripping shower head that we wanted to correct right away. I want to extend my thanks to the staff at Water Works Plumbing for their help and for a job well done. I came across the company while browsing HomeStars, and I quickly chose them after reading the reviews offered by other customers as well as the responses from the company itself. I was impressed from the beginning, as their office received my call quickly and had their staff at my home by the next morning. Mike and Jeff were great, and identified the problem right away. Before any work was done, the options were explained to me as far as repairing or replacing the faulty tap without any pressure to buy into new hardware. I chose to have the controller repaired, so Mike took it out to his truck and had it fixed in no time. I was glad to see he had the parts on hand, which made the work go quicker. As that was going on, Jeff was good enough to walk me around some other plumbing matters. As I’d mentioned, we’d just bought our home, so we still needed to locate shut-off valves and other connections in case we ever come across a problem. Both guys were eager to help, and went from room to room looking at the existing plumbing and offering their advise on what was good, not so great, and what should be addressed right away. I appreciated Mike and Jeff’s help, so when Water Works followed-up with me less than an hour after the guys had left, I pointed out how pleased I was with their work. Good job everyone. You have my thanks, and I have your business card so I’m sure I’ll be calling you again down the road.
