    Replace trap on tub

Mike and Louis showed up as scheduled. They diagnosed the problem, and proceeded to fix it quickly, effectively and in a professional manner. It was a pleasure to deal with them. I will call them again should the need arise.

    another toilet

We just had Water Works in our home to fix a toilet problem a few weeks ago and another problem occured with another toilet just this past week. Roxanna was polite and efficient on the phone when I called to make the appointment, calling me later with with a closer arrival time and Mike was there as promised. I find Mike to be a genuine person, honest and fair and I would highly recommend his company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

    main water valve replacement

Rosanna was excellent at keeping us informed of approximate times and what we needed to do. The service from the technician when he arrived (right on time) was fantastic! I will definitely recommend them!

Dear Chris & Jen, Thank you so much for choosing our company. Michael was telling me you had an odd size pipe and fittings. Luckily for you our trucks are very well stocked and we were able to fix your leak and get your water on quickly Friday night. Thank you very much for your kind words. Rebuild Kitchen Stack

What I thought was a leaking elbow joint on the kitchen sink drainage pipe in the basement turned out to be a completely broken vent pipe well above the suspect elbow joint. Michael showed me the problem and I immediately started contemplating the bill (cut open wall to access vent pipe, cut pipe, replace pipe, yada yada yada). Michael was great. He gave me the worse case scenario and pricing, but told me if all went well, he could probably get it done for less. Well, it turned out to be a big job and Michael did his best to keep it simple to keep the costs down. During the process, we had some good chats, told some good stories, and found out we had some things in common. In the end, the repair was not cheap, but neither was the workmanship. Michael did a fantastic job and the kitchen stack looks like it will last another 50 years! You get what you pay for. I paid for a professional job and that is what I got. Hopefully I don't need plumber anytime soon but if I do, Michael is the man I will call.

    Answer from pro:

Dear Harold, We always catch and fix the culprit plumbing problem. There’s no pipe smarter than us. I really enjoyed our chat while I was working. I appreciate the company because I’m always able to educate the customer and it’s always entertaining for me. Thank you very kindly for sharing your review here on HomeStars. It would be my pleasure to serve you anytime in the future even if you move up north. Michael Yuffa and staff, The Water Works Plumbing Inc.

    toilet and fridge issues

We have had many plumbers work in our homes over the years. I was very pleased with the work Michael did for us recently. He went above and beyond, even vaccuming and cleaning under our fridge. He was polite, knowledgeable and fair. When I called in to make the appontment, the lady answering the phone was polite and effiecient, making booking the appointments easy. I will definitely tell my family and friends to have Waterworks help them with their plumbing needs.

    kitchen faucet replacement

Our kitchen faucet had almost no water pressure. Another plumber had come out and not been able to improve it (and then put the faucet on backwards!!)and we were left with a dribble of water to wash pots and pans in. Waterworks came out ontime, and we now have full pressure running water again!! I feel like I have rejoined the 21st century. Service was prompt, courteous, we were give options of actions and costs, so I always knew how much I would be spending before work was started.

    Answer from pro:

Hi Mrs Fowler, you made my day when I saw the smile on your face when we turned the new faucet on and saw the full water pressure!Thank you for choosing us today. You made us smile as well! Best to you, your family and your new addition. Michael Yuffa,The Water Works Plumbing Inc.
