    leaking kitchen drain, broken garberator

    About 2 weeks ago, I noticed that my celing in the basement was leaking. I call Waterworks and they arranged to have someone come to my home at a convenient time. Mike and Steve came in, had a look, gave me upfront pricing and were quick to diagnose the problem. My work was done within one hour and they were fast, and cleaned up my home fully. They also tested the sink before leaving, just to make sure everything was working. In a nutshell, fantastic work!!

    Fix leaking shower and replace leaking sink facuet

    Michael has been my plumber for a few years now and they exhibit efficiency and dedication to my needs. They offer and deliver solutions that other plumbers simply were not able to deliver. I am very happy that they are around in my favorite city, Toronto.

    To replace faulty toilet and shower spout not working

    We just moved in 1 week ago and discovered a few plumbing issues.I found Water Works and we called them up on Monday and booked them for Wednesday.They showed up right on time (2 minutes early)and fixed all our plumbing problems right on the spot.They carried all of the required parts on the truck.Highly recommendable to anyone of our friends and family.     2 faucet repairs,Snake clogged Kitchen line,Repair leaking meter

    Michael is awsome, really nice guy and he knows his stuff! I am very satisfied with his work!They even wear little booties so they dont mess up your house ;)

    servicing of leaking tub taps

    Michael arrived at the agreed-upon time. He was friendly, efficient and honest. He showed me the quote and that was the amount charged. The job was done quickly and to my satisfaction. He was able to replace parts that he had on the truck. The office person (Rosanna) was also very friendly and helpful. When you have a plumbing problem, you need quick honest help. Waterworks is to be recommended!

    Snaking out blocked line

    We booked for 9pm and our plumber promptly arrived 15 mins. earlier! Very professional and work was top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quick, affordable, professional service.

    New water service to save tree & garden

    Years ago my neighbour & I landscaped our front yards with 2 Honey Locust trees and an ornamental crab apple. They have grown to be almost twice the height of the house and provide privacy and shade to the house. As part of water main replacement Toronto, the mature trees were threatened because the plan was to dig too close to the trees. Despite emails to my city councillor and Urban Forestry, there didn't seem to be any way I could negotiate to save the trees. Michael negotiated with the city contractor to put a new line under my parking pad. This should save my trees and retain my property value. The staff at Water Works are polite, efficient and very professional. Now that I've found Water Works, I plan on using them to replace some bathroom fixtures that don't work very well.

    problems with hot water

    Michael arrived on time. He was pleasant, courteous and finished the job in no time. He also taught me a thing or two about plumbing. Michael was very professional and I would recommend Mike and his company to anyone.

    dishwasher

    came in and was very professional -- found leak and fixed faucet for free -- knowledgeable and friendly -- would use again -- good price as well -- unrushed informative advice re: possible insurance claim

    kitchen stack and drain plugged solid with grease-28 years of use

    I am completely satisifed,and we would recommend them to our friends and family whenever there is a problem.He was prompt professional and did a nice clean up one the blockage was opened. 2 Thumbs Up! Alfie In brampton
