    Sewer replacement

    To whom it may concern,We woke up to water bubbling up from our basement floor.I immediately called my neighbour Ed who knows who to call when you need work done on your home. He recommended this company.Boy were ever glad we called them.They arrived promptly in the morning and augered our drain and got the drain flowing. He then recommended inserting his video camera into the drain and we immediately recognized the problem of a broken pipe.The problem got fixed in under 2 days and you would never know that they dug up our front garden. They left the yard spotless,replanted our flowers,shrubs and washed our driveway. Michael even bought us some new flowers to spruce up our garden. You can't beat that kind of service!

    Unplugged bathtub and repaired toilet

    A very polite customer service agent promptly sent out a service plumber within hours of my call. An incredible job was done, plus he did a bonus repair and cleaned up any mess!

    Hot water tank replacement (Gas)

    Last Friday our hot water heater started to leak so we searched through the yellow pages and found Water Works.They came out around noon.By the afternoon they installed our water heater. The installation was completed on Monday morning (gas hook-up).We are very pleased with our new energy efficient green water heater.Water Works Plumbing is a great choice for quality service.Employees are very professional in terms of knowledge and appearance.Thank you Guys!

    Complete New Toilet and valve installed

    My toilet failed to work properly and was running constantly.I called on Water Works Plumbing and they showed up first thing in the morning.Michael looked at the problem and said he could either fix it or replace it with a new water saving eco friendly one.I chose the latter because of the Eco friendly choice and reliabilty factor.I would definitley make Water Works my plumber and recommend them to my family friends in the community.     Blocked drain in basement causing flood

    I had a blocked drain in the basement that caused a flood. I couldn't use the water in the kitchen or in the basement as a result, and needed it fixed asap. I found Water Works on the internet and called around 7:30 in the morning. Two technicians showed up by 10:30 and fixed the problem quickly, and also performed some other minor maintenance. They came quickly, were very courteous and professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Invisible leak

    Came on time, was quick, professional and courteous. Recommended a quick, easy solution to replace the faucet with a new one under warranty. The leak was to hard to find and intermittent, so he recommended to go back to Ikea to get a new faucet under the brand's warranty. Thanks for the great service!!

    Broken hot water lines

    Being that our home is over 70 years old we have the old style galvanized water pipes.Some had been changed to copper,however the old sections have deteriorated and burst.Michael arrived very quickly and contained the problem.The next morning they showed up promptly at 8:15am and proceed to repipe our bathroom hot water lines.Fast, efficient service.     Leaking kitchen sink and faucet

    Our kitchen faucet and drain had quit on us after 55 years. The taps were leaking and the drain underneath was all taped up with duct tape.Michael and his assistant removed the old tap and installed a new washerless tap that looks superb and put in the new drains.They worked very hard,It was a little warm in our house(our AC could barely keep up with the heat.Michael and Shlome were very pleasant and would definitely refer them to any of our family and friends.E.Bathurst Wilson

    Kitchen |Faucet removal and installation

    Had a problerm with the handle of my Moen faucet. Called the boys at waterWorks and helped to find the problem. They were able to find the issue, help out and work within our budget. Great work.

    toilette replacement due to poor flush quality

    prompt on time arival, sourced problem at toilette level. Solution was a replacement unit which was completed in about an hour and a half. We now have a low flush toilette that works well. these folks are not the cheapest but the value is there. I would recommend these folks.
