    We are getting our kitchchen cupboards refinished

    Last week Angelo our kitchen man removed all of our cupboard doors to get refinished.Unfortunately when he removed the dishwasher panel and we were not able to open our dishwasher.So , we put a call into Water Works and they arrived within 45 minutes.Michael toiled until he figured how to open our Miele dishwaher.We were in a panic because were having a dinner party the next evening.Michael got it under control for us. What a relief to know that we can count on Water Works Plumbing when we are in a "pinch".Thank You Mike!

    Replace a water line for a fridge with ice-maker

    Nice clean job. Mike got everything running in about an hour and a half. Ice maker is working well. An excellent value. I'll keep his name on file the next time I need something plumbing related.

    pipe repair and sink disconnection

    We had a joint in a copper pipe in the basement that was ready to burst and we wanted to be proactive and get it fixed. We called waterworks, Mike came the next morning, calling to make sure we were home, and warned us that he would be even earlier, which was excellent for us to get to work earlier, so we were very please with that. Not only did he completely replace the entire section of pipe as opposed to fixing someone else's very badly done job, he also completely disconnected a dripping pedestal sink for us. Mike was super nice, very professional and will now be the only person we would call if we needed some plumbing work done. We're very happy and highly recommend Mike.

    Replaced Toilet

    Toilet leak repair

    My toilet was leaking so I had Waterworks come and look at it. They quickly informed me that the toilet was probably not installed properly and they would have to remove it and reinstall it. They quoted me $560+tax, which I thought was ludicrous. However, they convinced me that it was a lot of work and it was going to take them 1.5 hours, and that this was a standard price, etc, etc. They finished the job with ease within an hour. But I still had to pay almost $600. The guys were great, very polite and professional, but there is no way I would recommend this company to others for small jobs. I probably could have gotten a local handyman to do it for $200 or less. Lesson learned.

    Gosh, we're disappointed you feel this way. We always endeavor to give our clients a fair price for the quality work that we do. I've looked over the work that was done on your toilet. The primary difficulty was that the toilet was installed underneath a counter top with little clearance. This required quite a bit of extra effort to remove, repair, and re-install the toilet. Also, if I recall correctly, you said something about the problem being because someone else had installed this previously and done a really poor job. You would be amazed at how much of our work involves fixing something that was done incorrectly by an amateur! Nonetheless, we did fix the problem, and did so in way that will last a long time and, of course, is guaranteed by us. Thank you for your comments Michael Yuffa.The Water Works Plumbing Inc.

    Toilet not working properly

    Our toilet was not flushing properly for some time now.So I asked around and Water Works Plumbing came highly recommended.They came out at the time they said and adjusted our toilet and ad put in couple of new parts,now it works perfectly.I wish I could find people like this all of the time.G.F.Wychwood Village

    To Install new sink in a new location

    What I thought was impossible, Michael at Water Works made possible. We needed an extra wash basin installed in place where there was not one before.Creative thinking and talent miracously just happened.We are very pleased with our results.Thank You Michael! R.N.D. The House In Midtown

    satelite drilled hole through main drain

    Quick and very clean work. After noticing the hole in my main bathroom drain I had countless nights without sleep. Michael was able to correct the problem very easily and cleanly and now I can sleep better. I would definetly recommend this company to anyone is who is looking for a real professional.

    Various plumbing repairs

    The Waterworks plumber arrived on time, the same day. His evaluation of each of the separate issues (leaks, drips, corrosion) was clear and straightforward, and I felt comfortable that he gave me all possible options. Would definitely recommend to others.

    stopped up kitchen sink

    Robert was supposed to come the night before but was on a big job. We were notified that he could not come on Saturday night. They asked what time he could come on Sunday. We agreed to 10ish.Robert called to make sure that 10:0o was ok Robert was very helpful and told me what he was doing and why. He was respectful and tidy in his work. So far, everything is going well, my clog has been busted and my sink is running well. Hope everything prceeds as is and I will reccommend to my friends and neighbours. Thank you Robert
