    Men's urinal flush just kept running on ... needed new seal, had to be removed from the wall, once new seal installed, it was then remounted ...

    The men's urinal simply did not stop flowing, I placed the call & without delay - Rob & Shalome had arrived. They checked out the situation, in no time at all, they had the unit off the wall, the seal replaced, and made adjustments to the flush lever and finally remounting the unrinal. When you have 40 staff, waiting on a washroom service call, any lengthly duration is a long time under these circumstances. Once the call was placed Water Works, got back to me within minutes, they assessed the degree of urgency! and were over right away! We have used Water Works services for about 10 years now. They have always been dependable and provide good solutions. most appreciated, the staff @ Parkdale

    Toilet Repair

    They were very prompt, called me back, came even earlier than they said they would be here. I found them very friendly, did the job well and were very easy to deal with.

    Faucet Repair

    I had a problem with the faucet in my shower. The hot water dial spun without actually turning on the hot water. I called Waterworks on Sunday night and Michael arrived on Monday morning to complete the repair. When I expressed concern at the initial quoted cost, Michael was willing to work with me to find a solution for my problem at a cost I could afford. He then completed the work quickly, always taking care to keep things clean, and had the shower up and running within an hour. I would absolutely recommend Waterworks and will certainly be using them in the future.

    Faulty Toilet,Replaced with Excellence!

    We had this American Standard toilet since our house was built and never flushed well.Sometimes it required multiple flushes.We called in Water works plumbing and the put an auger down the toilet and they determined it was clear.So we came to the conclusion the our toilet had a manufautring defect. They replaced our toilet with a modern one that flushes like "no tomorrow"! Eitan.

    Repairs to my kitchen faucet and slow drain

    After being loyal to one of the old time plumbers in Toronto.I decided to try Water Works Plumbing. I was very pleased with them overall.They showed up on time,worked efficiently and completed the work in a quick manner.I would definitely make them our official "go-to guys" for our plumbing.     Repair of Water Line/Valve on Toilet

    Water Works' technician was very helpful in fixing the problem that I had but also in making other small adjustments to my toilet to help in run smoother (ex. increasing the water level in the tank for a low flow toilet). Fantastic service...I would most definitely use them again.

    Defunct water heater

    Four year old water heater that never worked, previous plumber got it wrong but Michael and his staff got it right and went to bat for us to have it replaced. There is no one better then Micahel when it comes to knowledge and professionalism. You are really making a versy serious mistake if you hire anyone else.

    rebuild main shutoff valve. Repair damaged pipe.

    Even though it was not a large job, I had quick return to calls and the excellent service was impressive. I was well looked after and would have no concerns recommending waterworks.

    Not enough hot water from our new Watertank

    We have been not getting enough hot water from our new hot water tank. We the called in Water Works Plumbing to help us solve this dilemna. They found that where the pipe enters underneath our floor was an invisible leak.The floor would get warm.So they then gave me a solution to re-route a new hot water line and bypass the old one.We now have all the hot water we need.These fellows were fantastic.Although the job was more expensive than I thought,they ran the new pipes in such a way as you could never tell that there was a plumbing repair.     These guys were very helpful and honest, did not try to over sell me on things I did not need. Very clean and fast job, just what Toronto needs is honest trades people !!!!!!!
