    Kitchen drain leak at my new condo

    I called in Water Works again to fix a new leak under my sink. They showed up at the time they said they would and fixed the problem right on the spot.They have all the right parts in stock so that I would not have to wait.Thanks Guys! Eryn In Leaside

    Kitchen drain leak at our office

    Our story was very simple.We had a leak on our kitchen sink,so we called in our plumber from Water Works.The job was done with well and the clean up under our sink was done.They showed up on time and offered good value for the services performed.Thanks Water Works! Wanda M.Y.

    raw sewage popping up in our basement

    We had other companies in over the years trying to sell us a new drains for Thousand$$. We called in Water Works. Michael was referred by a colleauge and came buy and inserted his root cleaning machine and cleaned out some small debris.His drain video camera showed NO problem at all!He saved us Big Bucks!     My drain was all plugged up.

    came promptly for my messy Thursday nite emergency. Worked dilligently until after working hours. Got drain unclogged. They totally mopped up the basement. They also cleared ruined papers and wet rugs. GREAT JOB!! So 100% greatful. Pleased and impressed. I'm calling tomorrow to get quote on installing a new toilet downsstairs. A thousand thanks to all.     fixing toilets-low flush problem

    I was having problems with both my toilets, and Water Works responded right away, came in, quoted a fair price and actually fixed my shower for free! Very professional and friendly, got the work done in a timely manner and now I have working toilets again! Great work, thanks.

    leaking outdoor faucet

    Arrived promptly at scheduled time, placed shoe covers on to enter home and turned the water off prior to repair. Clear explaination of cost of repairs, work completed and problem fixed. Pleasant, friendly service completed quickly and to my satisfaction.

    Our PLumber of choice for last 20 years

    Plugged washroom sink

    I called in Water Works Plumbing and they showed up on time and did and nice job at a reasonable cost.They cleared up a drain that was an ongoing issue, and they also adjusted the stopper.Nice Work Water Works! Caroline In Allenby

    Main Water Valve and Kitchen leak

    I had water leaks and called Water Works and Michael called me immediately and gave me his cell phone number to call him when I could have him come in. I called work and got the day off, and called Michael and he called the city immediately to turn off the main water and told me to call him when they did that. I called and he gave me a time that he would be here and came over and took a look at the problem and gave me the price and started the work. They have done an excellent job and have told me that I will also notice the difference in the water pressure and that they use a one handle turn and no washers. They are great.
