    We had Lousy hot water pressure throughout our home

    Fot the past little while we had very low hot water flow compared to the cold water.We lived with it until we could not take it anymore.We were at our friends over the weekend and they raved about this plumber in Toronto called Water Works.So we gave it a try and called them out.They arrived quickly and our problem was fixed on the spot and now we have equal amounts of hot and cold water flow.What a Relief!     Sink drain assembly never hooked up properly

    Our house was newly built by one of the top builders in the area,however their plumber left a few loose ends only which Michael from Water Works Plumbing was only too happy to tie up for us.Needless to say we will recommend the best Plumbing serice in Toronto that we have ever used ,to any of our family and friends and neighbours.     General plumbing repairs.

    We have a rental property in Toronto but we are currently living in Atlanta. Whenever we have had a plumbing problem with our Toronto property Waterworks have sorted it out for us quickly. They always arrive when they say and they have organized repair visits directly with our tenants. We have been very pleased with their service and will continue to use them when we return to Canada.

    Fixing the drain

    Identified the problem quickly, proposed an immediate solution, cleared the drains immediately, got rid of an antiquated bath device that was causing us frsutration, and was transparent about price. Great service.

    Shower faucet had drip & temperature issues

    Careful and meticulous work was done to my shower faucet.(What a joy to watch Michael work his magic)>The problem we had was the temperature of the water was not getting hot enough,but everywhere else in the house was OK.After some careful unassembly, cleaning and putting back the new parts,Everything was perfect,10++ Thank You,Anthony P.     Toto Toilet was not working,Now Its Perfect! :)

    We have been dealing with this Toto toilet not working properly for several months now. I called in another BIG plumbing company but the repair only lasted for a couple of weeks.They would not waranttee the repair.I heard about this plumber in the Toronto area called Water Works Plumbing so I called them to come by. it only need some adjusting now Voila! Its poifect! These people Really Do Try Harder! This company will be my Plumber for Life! Joon S,Toronto

    Frozen rads and attached pipes

    Waterworks Plumbing were prompt, reliable and provided good quality work. Rads became frozen during winter season .Quick and concerned service saved us money: damage could have been much worse. Courteous and friendly... will definitely use again.

    We had a pipe burst which resulted in a flood

    I called water works plumbing because one of my rental properies had a leak. A pipe had busrt which resulted in flooding. Water works was there within 24 hrs to fix the problem.

    bathroom plumbing work

    Mike and his assistant were here the next day. After assesing the work to be done, followed through efficiently, courteously,and was very happy with the job provided. Would use them again....

    burst outside hose pipe

    with a burst pipe leading to my hose i managed to spray 40 feet into my neighbors kitchen. One call, and one hour later Michael arrived and had it repaired within an hour. fast, efficient and courteous service
