    install new ensuite 1 piece Kohler toilet

    Well our story goes like this:We tried to install a new toilet seat ourselves and by mistake we cracked the bowl.Needless to say we had to purchase a new toilet.Michael and Rob from Water Works Plumbing were great.They showed up at 9:20am and cleanly removed the old toilet without any mess.The smart looking toilet was installed later that morning.On the bright side,the new unit looks and works better.We are happy flushers now!     Pipe leak on our water heater

    Dear Michael, thank you for the excellent service.i liked the fact that you were right on time,and your workmanship was neat and tidy.The price was a little higher than I expected,but was more than worth it,since you did a few other things for us.We would definitely use you again if we need any other service.     Various plumbing and drain issues

    All our tubs and sinks and drains were draining slow or plugged.Also we were not getting enough hot water Water Works Plumbing cleared up all of our drainage problems and they adjusted the hot water temperture so as to get the maximum available. Thank you Water Works Plumbing.

    Unblock toilet and drain

    I just moved into my new home and the toilet was plugged.I made an appointment with Water Works Plumbing and were able to accommodate me very quickly and showed up at the precise time.They gave me a very reasonable cost before any work was done and they solved my problem very efficiently.I am very pleased with their service and if needed I would recommend and use them again,Eryn in Leaside

    Replace Tub Tap Cylinders

    Arriving home after vacation I noticed my cold water tap dripping and as I proceeded to turn it off I found the seal or cartridge unable to close. This was 11:30 at night and called the Water Works line. First thing the next morning the team called to arrange an appoinment and were ready to come to my rescue then.. Having an appointment we re schedule for 1 pm. Prompt and efficient they arrived on time and within the hour the problem was solved . New Cylinders installed and project complete. The team was professional, courteous,helpful in explaining what was necessary to be done and quickly solved the problem.. I would recommend and use them again!.. Thanks guys! JAH

    No Hot Water

    We called Water Works Plumbers of Brampton to come to our house to fix an ongoing mystery of having very little hot water in spite of another company having installed a new tankless water heater.Anyways they arrived when they said they would,and gave us a fixed rate quote and SOLVED the problem later that afternoon.We were blessed to have them come in and solve our mystery.I`m sure they also felt the same way about us.     Shower-Bath tub faucet

    PLUMBING REPAIRS

    Michael did an excellent job,the repair is holding up very well. I remember he was very easy to work with,clean and professional. I would definitely use the again and recommmend them to my family and friends,Your friend Alba

    Toilet and drain clog

    Michael went above and beyond, offering to help me contact the toilet manufacturer as well as giving me permission to give his phone number to the manufacturer if I encounter any problems. He also fixed the jets in the bathtub and unclogged a shower drain for no extra charge. I found him to be very helpful and personable. Much appreciated.

    Our 2nd floor toilet war running continously

    I would definitley make Water works my plumber for life.They showed up when they said they would. They repaired my tiolet right on the spot.The plumber had all the right parts and tools.Normally whenever we needed any kind of services in our home the serviceman would have to go out to buy the parts.Not in this case!And their pricing was very reasonable.
