    Plumbing Company

The night before I was hosting a dinner party for 30 people, my kitchen sink began to back up. I called The WaterWorks, desparate to find a solution to my problem. They had a technician there first thing in the morning and were able to fix the problem on the spot. I was extremely pleased with the results and impressed with the customer service that I received.

A multitude of repairs over 10 years

Dear Sir/Madam, We have used them for almost 10 years now.On one occcasion they saved me untold thousands of $$.Our drain was backing up into our basement so we found that the problem was caused by a city tree on mostly their side of the "line".We had the city fix this problem at their expense.Another time they installed a fantastic water filtration system for our kitchen. My wife's cooking tastes even better with the filtered water she uses. They also were able to install an antique faucet we had ,by locating the new type washerless plumbing valves. They do the legwork, research and come up with the fantastic results we want. Thank You Very Much! Dr.J.T.

Repiair a European faucet in the master bedroom shower

I was delighted with the service Water Works Plumbing delivered and have no hesitation in recommending the firm to any one in need of a plumber. The European fixture in our master bedroom shower that we installed as part of our home renovation in 1998 recently began leaking. Because it was an unusual fixture, I decided I needed a plumber and found Water Works Plumbing through an Internet search. Michael at Water Works was prompt, polite and responsive. He arrived on time and immediately identified the issue. When we could not stay home to have the problem taken care of during a work day, Michael agreed to come back on a Sunday afternoon to temporarily address the leak until a part could be ordered for a permanent repair. He will return when the part arrives to make a final repair. Michael also offered advice on preventative maintenance that was very much appreciated. Once again, I would have no hesitation in recommending him or Water Works Plumbing.

    Drain replacement underneath vanity sink

Last night I called your company to get plumbing service at my home. I thought I had a broken pipe. I would just like to let you know how grateful I was to one of your employees. I believe his name was Mike Yuffa. He must have called me two times to let me know when he was coming. When he arrived I was surprised to see a plumber as polite and well mannered, clean and extremely neat.(Nice Truck!) He fixed my problem speedy-quick and made sure all was working correctly before he left. I am always having something done at my house, so needless to say, I have had many plumbing companies at my house. I never met one like Mike. I am sure you all feel like this, but I just wanted you to know how my husband and I felt. In the future I will be calling you and asking for Mike. Please make sure that he can get some kind of kudos. Sincerely T.F. Etobicoke,(by the lake)

    kitchen drain replacement

We discovered the problem on Thursday and Michael was here on Friday, ready to serve us. He was quick, efficient, and kind. We recently had Home Depot to install our new countertop and sink, but they used some cheap materials that broke quickly PLUS the man who was installing it was telling us how he wanted to become a mucisian and not really end up doing this job, which we really didn't need to hear. It's great to know someone who you can trust with the job, materials and the whole service. As my husband said: there's sermon in this somewhere; religion is cheap enough, but beware of cheap religion; sometimes, it's good to pay $1000 more up front to get good material pipes than cheap plastic garbola! Thank you for excellent service, we are so happy we have found you that we can trust with all our future plumbing repairs!

A Whole Bunch Of Little Things..

We called in Michael from Water Works to help us fix our "laundry list of plumbing problems. Our family has used them for 10-15 years now.In fact one of the problems we had were looked at by our builder and then by a plumber without success. Michael got down to it, and fixed it in short order. Also we had some leaking toilets and no pressure in our ensuite shower. He fixed those too. I think he loves to fix things.Anyways I would recommend his company to anyone who wants to be treated right ,when you need plumbing services. Thanks a Bunch! Rhonda

Could not remove the handle to fix my faucet

Over the weekend I tried to fix my own faucet, but I messed it up.The screw for the handle got or was stripped.I called water works out after speaking with a few other plumbers. They all said I would have to get a new tub faucet that could cost about $1500 plus tile work. Michael showed up at the time I wanted, and he was able to extract out the screw and even put in my new faucet cartridge. "You guys are a stand up company.I'll let people know about your company like I always do when I find a good company or product." Your friend,Gerry

Our Toilet was not working properly

"I am a new homeowner and was nervous about this visit.I thought I was in for a big expense but all that was needed was some small adjustments to my powder room toilet. He didn't even want to charge for his visit, but I insisted. You can't find people like that today.I felt very comfortable and have put them down as my plumbers." As you can tell I'm very happy!

    leakage from front basement wall

As a result of the lack of interest I’d received from other firms, I dropped off a deposit cheque in person. I wanted to see that there was actually a company equal to that proclaimed by your website - and there is. There were people in your shop, on the phone or otherwise working, and everything was clean, organized, efficient.By the way the completed job was done in a manner that I expected.+Clean+Quick+Excellent+10+ Jim
