    Toilet

    Michael installed a new toilet in our Master Bathroom in August 2018. He arrived at our house, determined the reasons for our problem with the old toilet, installed the new toilet all in the one visit. He was very professional, efficient and cleaned up after the job was completed. The Job was very well done and we were very satisfied. Part of the flushing mechanism was defective and broke approx 11 months later. Michael came over to our house on the date I requested and replaced the defective part with a new one at no charge. Once again the same quality of workmanship. I have recommended this plumber to several friends.

    Highly professional service!

    Mike came out on a Sunday to replace the fill valve on my toilet - in and out quickly, no fuss no muss. My second time using Waterworks, I would use them again.

    Laundry Sink and Faucet Install and Re-Do on Plumbing Rough-In

    I noticed this week that there was a puddle of water under my laundry sink, which I though was attributable to a leak in the pipes. Given I have wooden flooring, it was priority for me to find out what was causing the leak and get it fixed as soon as possible. I called WaterWorks plumbing as I had used their service in the past and was very satisfied with the work done and their professionalism. When I called, Natasha ensured to to arrange an appointment as soon as possible, even offering to try to schedule an appointment that afternoon if there was availability. I received an appointment soon after and Michael arrived within the time frame Natasha advised. Michael quickly diagnosed the source of the leak and advised that the faucet should be replaced. Given the faucet was to be replaced, I also asked about replacing the laundry sink at the same time, which was too large for the room and replace with a smaller one. Michael was able to complete the install in a matter of a few hours sourcing all materials quickly (matter of a few minutes), picking up the materials and completing the install, which included fixing the improper plumbing quickly. You can tell that this company really cares about the work they do and their clients - wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

    basement plumbing

    Today, as always, Michael went over and above. He inspected our pipes, explained in detail what work was important to do right away, and what work could be left for a later time, taking into consideration our budget. He is both friendly and professional, and we trust him completely for all our plumbing issues. Thanks Michael!

    fast, friendly and fine work

    Needed a toilet installed in basement and a wobbly toilet fixed upstairs. From booking to having the work done, everyone was friendly, professional and despite not being an emergency, got a quick service appointment. Work was done well and extremely neat. Price was reasonable. Will use this company again.

    Replace outside faucet

    I had used Water Works previously and called them back to do this new project. I had to get the outside faucet replaced and a turn off valve installed inside the house. Water works provided excellent personal and skilled service though out the time Michael, one of the owners was here. As it turned out it was a good thing that I did it this work. Michael showed me that the pipe to the faucet was swollen from all the freeze thaw cycles that occurred over the many winters with this non valved outside faucet. Great work and I highly recommend them.

    Excellent Plumber

    I had a leak in my shower wall and called Water Works based on the online reviews. Michael came to assess the situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and very informative when explaining the situation and possible solutions. His pricing was very transparent, no hidden costs. As well he is a very nice person with great communication skills. It was a relief to have the problem solved. He was the best plumber I have ever dealt with. Can’t say enough good things about he experience. Definitely will use him again when I need a plumber.

    Highly Recommended

    I have used Waterworks twice for fairly urgent plumbing matters in my home this past spring. Both times they were quick to reply, schedule and fix the issues. Both of which were assessed and fixed the first time around. Was a huge relief to know I wouldn't have more leaking in my bathroom! Would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services.

    Left a huge mess

    I hired Waterworks for a burst pipe to my outside tap based upon great Homestars reviews. They were quick to respond, on-time and thorough on communicating repairs as the project progressed. Where I was left utterly disappointed was in the cost and damage/huge mess left behind. For less than 8 hours of labour, a shut off valve, a faucet and a small run of copper was twice what I thought the worse case scenario would be. BUYER BE WARNED - they have an a la carte price guide which charges small amounts to do each little element of a project. So for my one pipe repair, the plumber charged me for 5 separate items. Further, I had to spend hours and $$$ repairing the butchered ceiling and removing & re-caulking the tub. It would have cost me hundreds of dollars to hire someone to repair all the damage. Steer clear!

    Dear Sir, I myself was present on that job and it was quite a challenging repipe due to SHODDY and poorly laid out plumbing.We showed you and have pictures of a few locations of duct taped drain repairs for leaks,a drywall screw in your drain pipe and poorly located etc). It seems you were deviously cheated by your last contractor and your venting on us. You are correct in there was quite a mess involved because of the pipe work was repaired above a beautifully finished basement bathroom.We had no choice in how we cut the drywall. If you truly felt we were "devious",unprepared etc, which I know we not,You could have easily declined the job at any given moment and would have no hard feelings.What strikes me odd is you were called by Natasha during and after the job,and you stated that you were happy with the progression and completion.Also she mentioned that if there were any questions or concerns that you were welcome to call us anytime and they would be addressed.     blocked toilet

    I called yesterday and they booked me for today and he showed up right on time. He gave me a few options and Michael recommended the least expensive one. \all seems to be good now and very pleased. Im glad I called these guys.
